    I love the guy who asks "what's it to Target if someone steals a $3 tube of toothpaste?" That is exactly the mentality that leads to the more severe forms of theft. Combine that with soft on crime laws and you get this. ANY theft is not acceptable, whether it's a $3 tube of toothpaste or $3000 worth of merchandise. Stop coddling the criminals who commit these acts and lock them away.

    Im in South San Francisco CA. They did this at the Target I shop at. I can understand they need to do this ,HOWEVER, they need to have enough staff around to respond to the "bell" or customer request to have a cabinet opened for the product! I waited near 15 minute's and a employee never showed up, there were FOUR customers waiting. All I wanted was a $2.99 pac of face wipes. If Target is going to do this there better amp up staff, especially with holiday shopping starting.

Perhaps you have to wait because the workers are busy with other customers. I know you think you're special and that the world must revolve around you but that's not how it is. I just watched a guy do a video regarding this and what he said was quite stupid ASF. He said that locking up these products are targeting the poor people and how it's not fair and that people need to be paid more. 👀👀👀 Absolutely absurd, it's not just poor people who steal so I honestly don't know where he got that notion.
    But imo this is a dumb idea and if I go into a store and something like this is happening then I'll just walk out and make sure to NEVER shop at that location again. I would let all my friends know as well not to shop there. It's one thing if these products are locked up and you call for assistance and a person comes within 1 to 3 minutes. But honestly that'll never happen and this idea will never work. Walmart does this with makeup and things like personal gel and I know I've called for assistance multiple times and literally had to wait over 20 minutes for someone to assist me, sometimes no one showed up, it honestly makes your mood go from pleasant to shiiiity and no one wants to feel that way when shopping for anything.
    Target better rethink this idea because it's pathetic. No one wants to stand around and wait for a worker to come and assist them with items that shouldn't be locked up, it's quite redundant to be honest. Target will lose customers over this I guarantee that.

    • @DaBearsManiac2
      @DaBearsManiac2 2 роки тому +2

      No.. This Target simply needs to move to a community where those items aren't repeatedly robbed.
