What history should StarvHarv put through the translators next?
Chinese history might be interesting. Also, are you going to react to his Japanese history badly translated video?
The islamic golden age
Russian history
the timeline of the universe
The War of 1812
I think this is the first "He" I have recognized. "He died of a knee injury" had to be the massacre at Wounded Knee.
“He was an adventurer just like you. Until He took an arrow to the knee”

He survived all wars in history and went even to space, he was agent, spy and leader. But his time came, knee was injured fatally at last.
@@Juhani96 Tis only a flesh wound. He's had worse.
So far He has died:
14 AD on a Friday
275 AD by the priest Aurelian
Sept 3, 1914 in the battle of Lava in Austria-Hungary
Jan 18, 1915 in battle
Dec 29, 1890 of a knee injury

The frequent references to Cambodia and other parts of Southeast Asia are hilarious for some reason 😂
Mostly because they refer to dates when SE Asia *definitely* had nothing to do with US History, but yes.
20:39 May 18, 1980 was when Mount St. Helens erupted I heard. So that's likely what it's trying to refer too.
It was March 27th 1980 but these are bad translations so it could still apply to the month and day
Edit: We are both right.
March 27th was when the pyroclastic flows started
May 18th was the big explosion
Holy shit what are you doing here
@@norddocs I watch Mr. Terry
17:59 Japan did actually send balloon bombs across the Pacific, one of which did unfortunately kill 6 civilians in Oregon. Not exactly an ICBM, but kinda the same idea.
Can't believe they're copyrighting dates, has capitalism gone too far...
No…
Yes…

So, He's "Achilles heel" was his knees?!
We must work together to bring back Malawi-Lithuania
let's not make lithuania like sweden
HE has conquered Florida
18:01
Maybe it's supposed to be the Balloon bombing attempts?
Yeah that what I'm thinking.
Fu-go bombs I think they were called
btw you should also watch his vid about Japanese history
I think it's probably bringing up Southeast Asia so much because those are the languages used for the translation? Google might assume that if you're writing about some country's history in Cambodian, it's probably about Cambodia
Helen died could be Mount St. Helens.
It is! Mt St Helens erupted on May 18th, 1980, approximately 7 1/2 years before I was born 😅 but I have an 80’s baby food jar with about an inch and a half of ash my mom scraped off the top of her hood in Tacoma that day. There’s a place in Tacoma that sells jewelry made from the ashes! ❤
@@toomanykatsu Technically the eruption started March 27th. The famous large explosion was May 18th.
@@maximaldinotrap I mean you're right, but I'm also right so 😜
At 10:18 the "fire in Washington state" was probably the British attack on Washington, D.C. This was when the British set the White House and the Capitol building on fire in the War of 1812 (which lasted until 1814, but yeah).
People here like to say that *Canada* burnt down the White House, but technically Canada didn't exist as a country yet. Still, just in case...sorry!
The Byzantine War of 1801-1805 would have been the Barbary Pirates War.
He/she is back💯🙃
That Europa Universalis music in the background...
Pretty sure Helen died is about Mt St Helen's erupting

I remember when in Spanish class couple years ago, we had to translate English to Spanish and on of the classmates use Google and only to find out what they put on the test was bad words. Because of the Google translate it didn't do the translation right. After that the teacher said "never use Google because I will know"
I love going on Google translate and just go crazy with it when I'm bored.
why does it not reflect how usa reinvented itself in the previous episode

sometimes countries share an island, it happens. If 2 countries can't decide who owns the island, why not both?
The closest I can think of is Canada and Denmark both claiming Hans Island (a small Arctic island) but being pretty chill about it.
@@kirstenshute2729 there's also the island france and spain share, the pheasant island. It's a river island on the border, so they change administration every half year.
@@WillTellU Cool, I didn't know that!
Wow I can't lie, u saying "Which Helen? Grandma?" Actually hit my heart because My Nana's name was Helen and she passed away when I was 3 but yeh

Updated He Lore coming soon
On 1513, the easter Sunday should have been April 6th. *HOWEVER,* that is according *_Gregorian calendar,_* which came into effect in October 1582.
In 1513, Julian calendar was used, which was 10 days late at that point. Which means Easter Sunday 1513 was actually March 27th, the first spring full moon being Monday March 21st.
Ah beautiful HE lore ❤
I think the Japanese ICBMs being mentioned at 18:00 are the Japanese balloon bombs.
Pretty sure New Hanoi (5:30) might be New Haven, one of the initial colonies that united to form modern-day Connecticut. No idea how Hartford, the other colony, ended up as Cologne though
Ponce de Leon has a party on Easter Sunday and calls the new land Pascua Florida.
The reason a wild European Union keeps popping up might be related to the galician translation (which is like if spanish and portuguese had a child). The acronym U.S. gets translated as E.E.U.U. (Basically something like 'Estates United', double both letters because it's plural) and that's pretty darn close to E.U.
With the other language soup concoction it could easily go from EEUU to EU to European Union.
You’ve got to watch the old school British show Blackadder, you’d love it
I can't wait to see you get to the newest StarvHarv video. I want to hear your theories on the Eight Immortals.

Malawi-Lithuania, the greatest union that had ever existed, and a great shame that they're completely passed over in favor of Poland-Lithuania.
All the references to Cambodia... Did this get translated into Tagalog or some other SE Asian language before back to English?
Most likely. He says he uses the languages which have more poor translation attempts
@@christianjacinto7042Google Translate's Tagalog quite has poor translation
He did a poll recently get ready for Chinese history.
Funny Fact. Thailand always making a joke of Cambodia Claiming other cultures. They always try to claim Thai cultures for years now and they still trying. Despite they can share their culture and say it is different.

thanks for the laughs, not as good as prior ones with the heavy use of the EU. Think the AI just replaced every Union with the EU. I think that AI needs the plug pulled.
