I am sorry to hear you are going through this! I am 33 and was diagnosed with Crohn's 10 years ago. The diagnostic process was not fun and I wish that on no one! I wish you nothing but the best and hope your path is as unfrustrating as possible! 💜
Kackie: I’ve been incredibly sick and stressed
Also Kackie: still has perfect glowing skin and gives us a long form video!💞
Glad to see you back and hope you continue to feel better!
You do you, Girl. I will be here to watch WHATEVER content you put out. A healthy Kackie is a happy Kackie 🙌🙌🙌
Hi Kackie! I’m not a doctor by any means, but I do study rheumatology (semi-overlaps with some GI conditions). Celiac doesn’t cause colitis, and the colitis is likely separate from your possible celiac. Though they are comorbid, meaning people with celiac are a lot more likely to develop Crohn’s and ulcerative colitis compared to the general population. Those with psoriasis are also a lot more likely to develop Crohn’s and ulcerative colitis compared to the general population. Really, having any preexisting autoimmune disease will make you more likely to develop another one. It’s pretty common to see patients with systemic lupus erythematous, psoriasis, celiac, and Sjögren’s
Wow this is helpful! Thank you. So do you think a colonoscopy would show specifically celiac in addition to the colitis symptoms?
@@kackie Celiac is typically diagnosed with blood work. Typically you’ll see anti-endomysial antibodies, elevated immunoglobulin IgA, anti-transglutaminase antibodies, etc. There are patients who are seronegative though. This means there is disease present, but it isn’t showing up in the blood work. If celiac is still suspected, an endoscopy is usually run (basically a camera down your throat). Celiac is diagnosed by flattening the villi in the small intestines, and biopsies. I don’t believe this is possible during a colonoscopy. An endoscopy and biopsy are really considered the gold standards for testing Celiac disease :)
@@loopdiditydoop1926 I believe I head biopsies done during a colonoscopy to test for celiac. At least they told me I did and I was negative. They never got any cause for my abdominal pain. Again idk if they were honest with me about three biopsies during colonoscopy for celiac but they told me they did them. 🤷♀️ I was young though so that's why I'm unsure bc I didn't ask questions and just accepted the fact they didn't know the cause and let it go
@@kackie For coeliac there are 2 main ways to diagnose. One is biopsies done via endoscopy, and the other is a tTG-IgA blood test. I have had both. I don't think a colonoscopy would show coeliac
Tips for the colonoscopy prep for anyone interested:
1. baby butt cream. Start applying before it even begins and continue to do so. A life saver!
2. have lots of baby/wet wipes on hand.
3. make yourself comfortable in the bathroom, get yourself lots of water, a good book or some fun games on the phone, maybe light a candle for some ambience?
4. for the way to the colonoscopy: wear a pad, just in case and for a safer feeling.
5. it will be over before you know it.
I had it done twice and really, the prep is „the worst“ part and with some tips (as seen above) really manageable. After the colonoscopy you‘ll have some gas probably but for me there was no real pain at all. And it is soooo worth it knowing what is or what is not going on. Hugs! ❤️
Also, if you know you have a slow system, take that into account because the doctors and nurses might not. Because if you do the prep and you’re not ready for the procedure, you get to do it all over again the next day. Ask me how I know …
Yesss, normalizing taking time for yourself!! It’s so easy to get caught up in the day to day shuffle & do too much!
I recently had a freak accident after losing consciousness due to diarrhea-induced dehydration. I broke my leg in 3 places. So glad you went to the hospital despite how rough it was because god forbid you fell too!
Thanks for the shoutout to healthcare workers that work in the hospital. I’m a nurse and can attest it’s really emotional taxing. Hope you feel better soon Kackie! Sending positive, healing vibes your way ❤️
Kackie I'm so sorry you had to go through that, glad you're home now. When you started talking about the colitis, I nearly started crying. I'm 21 & in the same boat. History of disordered eating, autoimmune problems, and incredibly thin but with a distended pot belly from inflammation. I'm newer here & had never heard you really go into detail before. Thank you for sharing
also I watched this on 1.5x because I was so concerned! Adore you!
Aww omg I hope this helps at all. I feel your pain 😣❤️
Glad you're ok Kackie! I'm a nurse and when you said cdiff I was like "noooooooo not The Diff!!!!" I wouldn't wish that on anyone.
I was diagnosed with ulcerative colitis last year. I’m 30. It was a total shock. I’m so sorry you’re struggling. Know that if you have IBD, you’re not alone.
My sister was just diagnosed. Best of luck to you!
Felt like I was listening to myself in this video. I’ve had IBS and bad gut health since I was a teen, which led to disordered eating, amenorrhea, and weighing less than 90 lbs in my early 20s. Diagnosed with psoriasis in my mid 20s, then UC two years ago at 32. Thank you so much for talking about these things. The stress of feeling alone and “broken” can weigh heavy, and giving myself permission to heal has been a huge life lesson over the past few years. I wish you the best and hope you’ll continue to share your journey here.
Kackie, my heart goes out you. It really does. I really sympathise with you on so many levels. As a person with autoimmune conditions I just want to say how much your video will actually give support to others on similar journeys. I really hope you receive the answers and help you need and deserve ASAP! Thank you for your incredibly thoughtful and touching video. I wish the very best for you and your family 💖
Ugh going to the emergency room is such a nightmare and I know how rough it is emotionally to not know what's wrong. Glad you're feeling a little better.
I’m so sorry to hear what you’ve had to go through. I was diagnosed with Crohns Disease in 2019 at 32. I had a lot of complications and spent almost the entire year in the hospital until I had surgery and got things under control. I hope you can get to a good place soon.
Your makeup/life philosophy really resonates with me. Thank you for being vulnerable and sharing.
Oh BTW... Something I'd be interested in seeing from you is a "top 10-15 holy grail items" video.
Yes! I’d love to see this from Kackie.
Man oh man did this video resonate so loudly! I’m 34 and also deal with a slew of autoimmune issues including microscopic colitis (possible dx?) and cancer a couple years ago. Those hospital rooms can make you grateful real quick! Colonoscopy prep sucks but worth it to have an answer! Thank you for being so open and honest as always. 💜
I was an ER nurse for 20 years. Never wanted to do anything else. Get well, happy to have you back
Your comment about being careful about what you tell your doctor lest you be dismissed really resonated with me. I’m chronically ill, but I was also disabled when I had to jump 3 stories to get out of a burning apartment. I find I can’t wear any makeup to any of my doctors appointments in addition to being careful with what I say. They act as if all of a sudden I didn’t slam into cement from 3 stories up if I have paint on my face. They don’t listen to anything I say, because I look “so healthy and happy” if I’m wearing makeup. It’s really frustrating. I’m sorry that you’re going through all of this. Hospitals are no fun. Do what’s best for you regarding your schedule. It looks like you have a lot of viewers who just want the best for you and will be here to watch whatever your schedule. 💛
Honestly, I will watch literally anything you put out on BOTH your channels. I adore your personality. 💕☺️ Feel better Kackie 💖
I feel exactly the same🙋♀️
there's something about being in a hospital as a sick person with medical personnel telling you everything is coming back normal but you're still in pain. I'm ~supposedly~ in remission from Crohn's and not to be crude but I still have like aggressive diarrhea all the time. like all of the time. I've been in and out of hospitals with bad flares, it's one of the most, like you said, demoralising/deflating things to experience. I'm so sorry you had to go through that, I hope you get back to feeling okay again soon. you do whatever you need to to take proper care of yourself. 💜
Golden standard for celiac diagnosis, now, is actually a blood test. It can catch contamination creeping in even before a biopsy. They used to test IgA levels, until they found that one in 3 celiacs are IgA deficient. So for the longest time they only had elimination and biopsy for diagnosis. So this new blood test has been a game changer! I get it once a year just to monitor. Also-Celiac means the immune system damages the small intestines-more specifically, the villi that line the small intestines. I’m not sure where the other diseases primarily live. For a physical diagnosis they need to biopsy the villi and send to pathology for damage. You do need to eat gluten 😩 ...for now. Then you can stop. I’m sorry you’re going thru this. I was diagnosed with celiac in 2006. There’s so much more available now! Keep us posted.
Ps..you might have a doc check your immunoglobulins. IgA protects the mucus membranes of the body and people with the deficiency also have other issues that coincide! You can also be low or deficient in more than one immunoglobulin
Ugh! You’ve really been through it! As someone with autoimmune issues too, I feel your pain. It’s always worth taking time for yourself to focus on the important things and have balance.
Hope you get some good answers from the docs and you can move forwards with better health.
Health goes first no matter what! Your content is such a light and we will enjoy it even more if you are happy filming it
I am SO GLAD you’re feeling better. I am sorry you’ve been suffering.
Our gut health (lack thereof?) journeys have been incredibly similar. I also recently had a baby and feel like I’ve had flare ups of my issues (also diagnosed with IBS because they said “lol yeah we guess that’s it.” 🤦🏻♀️) since being pregnant/giving birth. Bodies are super bizarre. Hope you get answers ❤️ (also Krispy Kreme FOREVER.)
Thank you so much for sharing this Kackie! I have been struggling with my gut health for the past couple years and I’ve been pretty apprehensive about going to the doctors about it, specifically getting a colonoscopy. Definitely need to admit that whats been happening is not normal and I need to take care of myself. Not sure exactly where in NJ you’re located but the nearest one near me is in Collingswood. Definitely not a lot of them here but they do exist!
Kackie! I adore watching you. I purchase a lot of beauty based off of your experiences. With that being said, pllleease go get an endoscopy and a colonoscopy (you can do both at the same time under conscious sedation) I’m an RN and my husband is an internal medicine doctor and after watching the video he thinks it sounds like crohns. Autoimmune digestive disorders are more debilitating and are always chronic. Please post an update soon! I’ve been watching you for over a year and your absolutely fantastic. Your weird, lively, witty, and just all around great. Pat yourself on the back girl and keep on moving. You have thousands of people watching you who thoroughly enjoy your content. This is truly your craft!
Ugh girl, I'm so sorry this has been going on. As someone with Crohn's Disease (12 years since official diagnosis), I really relate to that experience particularly with all of the various procedures and hospital experiences. I'm in the hospital twice a year for CTs/MRIs. It's not fun and there's nothing you want more in those moments than just being in your own bed surrounded by your own smells. I'm glad you're getting answers, and that you're keeping your head up. If you EVER need to chat and just vent about this to someone who's been through it (+ the disordered eating), please reach out. Here for you!! 💜💜💜
❤️❤️❤️ thank you alanna
Giiiirrrlll. I have been going through these exact same things for the past 3 years. In the ER 3 times. Cat scans, ultra sounds and yes a colonoscopy too. They only ever see inflammation but can’t explain it. I gave up dairy for a year and I’ll say, it helped. Small amount but nothing significant. As far as the colonoscopy goes, be prepared! The procedure itself was nothing. It’s the drinks you have to take down the day prior. EVERYTHING you’ve ever had in your body will come out. No one told me this and I was at a Costco almost having a bridesmaids moment I. The middle of the store floor hahah. Good luck to you and hope you find answers because I know how frustrating this can be!!!
Hi Kackie -- I can totally sympathize and empathize with you. I have been in the hospital a lot throughout my life -- surgeries and IBS. Having digestive issues sucks so much, hope you heal soon!
There’s a running joke in my house that I only know how to go completely overboard with everything. I’m so glad you’re okay, I hope you get some answers soon. And thank you for posting this. What you said at the end about being grateful for what you already have really resonated with me. ❤️
I can definitely relate with self confidence, stress and not putting yourself first. I’m a fan and it’s all about quality and not quantity. I’ll watch whatever you put out there.
Hey girl. I’m so happy that you are feeling better. Not sure if you will read this...In reference to your thoughts of churning out content in hoping that you will appeal to everyone...here is my story. You and I could not be more different, in so many ways...however, I love your channel (both channels) I love learning from people that are different than me and view things differently...it’s eye opening, it’s learning, it’s awesome! Keep doing you girl. Love and luck with your health journey...I’m a forever fan!
So sorry for what you're going through. I have mystery digestive issues too. So looking forward to future videos, but so glad you're going to slow down and take care of you!
So sorry that you are going through this and thank you for sharing with us. I’m also playing autoimmune bingo and got two big ones 6 years ago. Now, I see the endocrinologist 4x a year because I don’t trust myself to recognize problems. I let it go far too long and end up incapacitated in the ER too many times. I’m proud of you for recognizing the need to focus on self. I’m a subscriber and look forward to notifications.
I'm sorry for your gut . My first ganstroenterologist told me my ibd was not going to endanger my survival but definitely will affect my quality of life. Sad but true. However, i wish you good luck, stress management and remission from the symptoms! We're rooting for you!
Thanks a lot for all the update...wow! You went through a real difficult time...I hope you the best in your new decisions...I’m sure it will improve your life...choosing ourselves always pay back...xxx
I could relate to almost your whole experience and appreciate you sharing and being so open and vulnerable. It actually helps me out things in perspective and is healing to hear others share similar experiences. I'll be praying for your continued healing and look forward to any videos that you decide to put out there!
So sorry you’re going through this! As a fellow autoimmune warrior with IBD I can definitely relate. I’m praying for you Kackie!
Pregnancy sure does take a toll on your body. In my experience, it takes a good year or two for your body to fully recover. I think we expect to bounce back much faster than that! Glad you are taking time for your health! A health professional said the best thing to me when I had some health problems after my first son. She said, "Slow down, hold your son, count the hairs on his head, and be thankful for each one of them!" I was letting myself worry about so many things, and not taking the time to enjoy the good things I already had. I enjoy watching your videos and look forward to when I get a chance to listen!
Ohhh girl I feel you , I have horrible stomach problems too . My last flare up sent me to the er after I puked in the rheumatologist office lol.. she did a bunch of labs that day and my white count was super high which I guess happens now when my stomach is outta whack. Fast forward they literally thought I was having appendicitis at the time and I sat in the er for hours and did all the scans for those to come back fine . I just had a colonoscopy and endoscopy done this month and the best they can tell is I have severe ibs and acid reflux 💁🏻♀️ . It sucks having to alter your lifestyle and diet to avoid having severe pain
Really glad you are ok. 3 videos a week will be great. Enjoy yourself and your life. I'll be here! 🥰
I’m so glad you’re getting answers and trying to be gentler with yourself. Take care, focus on your health and wellbeing and give yourself time (and permission) to step back a wee bit.
Kackie, I’m adding you to my prayer list. You’re one of my very favorite UA-camrs. My sister has quite severe Crohn’s Disease which went undiagnosed for about twenty years. It’s one of the reasons I became a nurse. 🙏
The UA-cam algorithm kept me fully stocked with your older videos that I hadn’t seen yet. I’ve been gearing up to go to Sephora with my makeup money and stock up on some of your no makeup makeup recommendations 😄
So sorry you are going through this. I would say don't let the colonoscopy freak you out too much. I am not much older than you and had to have one last year and while it wasn't a pleasant experience it wasn't the end of the world. And hopefully you'll get some answers out of it. Sending good vibes.
I agree. I had one a couple years ago.
I just had one- the procedure is a piece of cake! The stuff you drink prior is where it gets tough. But it’s totally doable
I’m so sorry that you went through that (and incredibly sympathetic as someone who’s been through similar lately). I honestly always worry about ANYONE who’s putting out as much content as you have been lately - as much as I admire the drive, I know everyone needs balance and down time too. I believe that if you’re creating what’s meaningful and sustainable and fulfilling for you, the views will come along. Sending love ♥️
As a previous bulemic, I have done a lot of research and taken college courses in nutrition and my understanding is that disordered eating causes horrific digestion for YEARS after the ED. I had terrible digestion for seven whole years after the worst of my bulimia.
I’m grateful for the vulnerability of this video! What you went through is a lot. I’m an ER nurse and I never want to be on the other side of that gurney. I hope you get some answers after your colonoscopy!
You are a role model demonstrating truth. Health is most important... if you have your health, you have everything! I am a perfectionist who moves like I’m on a treadmill, and I finally realized that I am allowed to rest, to pause. Be good to yourself. Thank you for sharing. 💘
Oh girl, I feel you about the makeup thing. Today is the first day I've put on makeup in 16 days (after a loooooong Covid journey). I'm so sorry that you're facing this. My dance mentor was diagnosed with Crohn's after like a yeeeeeaaaars long battle. Gut issues and female reproductive issues are like the most difficult things to diagnose! I'm so sorry you've been facing this!
Glad you're feeling better!
I'm so sorry you have been sick 😔 I can relate to the "weird relationship" with food and gut issues -- I have been dealing with them my whole life. I am also gluten sensitive. I hope you get some answers as to why you have been so sick 🙏 ❤
So sorry you went through this. Am here no matter what you deliver.
Oh my gosh, what an ordeal. Hoping you get answers and a treatment plan that can return you to some semblance of gut health. A lot of your story resonated with me, and your trip to the ER to get tanked up on fluids after being unable to keep anything inside of you was eerily similar to my own tale of woe. Two summers ago I was suddenly hospitalized with ischemic colitis after a long bike ride on a warm summer day turned into an agonizing night of unimaginable abdominal pain and crapping out terrifying amounts of blood in my toilet. I'm just grateful it wasn't during a worldwide pandemic. No wonder you had a meltdown and subsequent 'hallelujah' moment upon your release from captivity.
Please do whatever you need to in order to protect yourself and keep a sane and healthy schedule. The content can be anything, because truly, we come here for you and your special way of connecting with us. Lifestyle, makeup/beauty, wellness, deep thoughts, decluttering, life in the northeast, the sky is the limit. Just know we are here for you and all that you bring to your channel. Sending big hugs.
I had caught a cold (runny nose, sore throat, and ear infection) from a kid a worth near on Wednesday (just like yours), and ended up hospitalized Friday. I am currently still in the hospital and feel your pain. I'm also in PA so it's not too far from whatever hospital you were in. My doctor's blame the amoxicillin for my crohn's flare because those medicines are hard on the gut. I've been diagnosed with crohn's since I was 22 so if you have any questions feel free to reach out- unfortunately our recent experience has been quite similar.
A kid I work near*
Oh man, the stomach can be rough. I have Median Arcuate Ligament Syndrome (technically I no longer have the ligament after my surgery lol) which leads to all sorts of abdominal issues and even though it has been surgically corrected it leaves issues behind. I am so glad that you are doing better!
Also...they NEED to restock that darn ecotools interchangeable tapered powder brush!
So sorry to hear you're going through all of that! Hopefully it's just temporary, and not what you think! Especially as a mom, you have to take time out for yourself, to relax, to enjoy and not put so much pressure on yourself.
And YES, sure, DO LIFE VLOG! Believe me, a lot of people feel better and a sense of comradery when they see they are not the only ones experiencing the twists, turns, highs and lows of life.
I've had a fun few years of health problems and I am so happy I live in Canada. It breaks my heart every time I hear about medical struggles in the USA. I hope everything goes as well as possible and that you get answers. I know how frustrating not knowing it. 💜
Esoteric. Eccentric. Weird. Quixotic. Aspire to be you, Aries Girl. If I wanted to watch choose-your-own-adventure-clean-ish-cruelty-free beauty, I can rattle off channels. But there is only one Kackie. Literally. Only. ONE. And that's what matters to me. That and you taking care of you. Be well, you are enough, just as you are. Which is why we watch. xoxo.
I'm also an "undiagnosed" celiac but with family members who have been given a formal diagnosis (though I figured it out before them, lol). Best of luck with everything! I'd love to hear more about your health journey and vlog style videos :)
Hey kackie, I am glad that you are feeling better! I love and will continue to consume your content, no matter how frequent/infrequent!
Kackie, I'm thinking of you. Two years ago, I started suffering from debilitating migraines. I'm talking at least 10 days a month of terrible, horrible migraines. I remember sobbing over my health too and feeling so hopeless. I wouldn't wish that on anyone and I'm so sorry to hear that you've been in so much discomfort and stress. The good news is, my doctors were able to get to the root of my migraines and solve them (I get a migraine maybe once every couple months now) and I am hoping and praying that your doctors are able to get to the bottom of the issue (no pun intended) with your health too. I am holding onto hope for you and sending good vibes to your colon!
Thank you! I thought when it first hit me I might have my first migraine. The nausea, etc. I know a severe headache is only one symptom of migraine and that some people get all the other symptoms and no headache! I was terrified that that was my new normal, and staying in bed for three days I was definitely thinking, people with migraines are tough. Wow.
You're tough too. You set a boundary and took time for yourself, and that can be hard to explain to people, but I'm so glad you're putting your health first. Sending you virtual hugs, I hope Simon does something ridiculously cute tonight that fills your soul up with happiness! :)
I work at a gastro’s office in Puerto Rico, and the amount of patients that come from mainland to get checked up is amazing, even paying full price without insurance everything is less than 2,000 bucks...and you dont need a visa because its a US Territory
I'm sorry all of this has happened, I hope you find some relief soon! I can't speak for everyone but personally, three videos a week is more than enough. I love any video that you are happy to make, including the vlogs
Glad to see your face!!! And glad you are feeling better!!! 😘 I had bacterial tonsillitis for so long until they took them out when i was 20. That sucked but so glad they did!!!
I appreciated you sharing your health journey, as someone with my own health issues. You have to put your health and family first. Blessings.
Virtual hugs! So glad you are back but take care of yourself!!!
Also, Im happy to spend even one day a week ‘with you’ for whatever videos you decide to share on whatever schedule works for you and your health and your family.
Kackie, you do you!! We're here, we're staying, we support you! Thank you always for your candor
I hope you get answers and feel better. I can totally relate and have very similar issues only for me it was weight gain. Gluten is a monster for me but so are antibiotics. It’s not a great situation. It’s so hard when so many of us who have auto immune or think we do.
Kackie, this same exact experience happened to me. Started with getting sick then taking antibiotics, then my gut became a mess and lots of diarrhea, hospital, negative for all the tests... long story short I had severe sibo and gut inflammation. Had to eat barely anything for a while without pain. They thought I had chrons from the inflammation but it wasn’t! I started taking an herb called berberine from a naturopath and it saved my life. It’s an antimicrobial herb amazing for the gut and sibo. Then had to rebalance the gut with probiotics and eating anti inflammatory and no sugar at all. It was tough but three months later and it was a world of a difference. Turns out all of this was caused from Lyme disease and the antibiotics weakened my immune system which brought all of these issues out. Find a good naturopath or integrative doctor if you can and get some testing done for gut dysbiosis and blood work!
Sibo is a BEAST. I did a couple rounds of berberine and oregano supplements (metagenics protocol) that helped immensely. Relapse led to rifaximin which also fixed it for a while. If I could get myself to stick to a strict fodmap diet that would be great. Unfortunately, when you feel good you think the diet is no longer necessary.....and I relapse.
I'm about all the things you were saying. Yes please make room for yourself. Thank you for sharing your insights as you tackle the challenges in your life. My sister has Crohn's and it sucks. Good luck ♥️
I’ve been in the same position with colitis and autoimmune issues. Don’t worry about the colonoscopy procedure- you’ve already had colitis, the prep will be easy in comparison. Also I used a prep that is easier for those with gastroparesis (slow stomach emptying). It is called SuPrep, ask your doctor about it. Also also, your body is telling you to slow down. Also also also, we love you 💕💕
I am so happy that you are well! I really was like WHERE IS Kackie!!!! I had taken a social media hiatus so I did not see your post on Instagram... and UA-cam was my only exception because your content is not content that makes me feel any kind of way other than happy and joy! I laugh a lot here. Anyway, I am happy that you are well girl! Take care of yourself!!!! Looking forward to decrease content because that means healthier YOU! Sending love!
I personally can’t wait five videos coming out in one week. But I’ll watch two videos. If that helps you. I’m glad you’re taking time for you. I hope you find the answers you need. I have an auto immune disorder (s?) too. I was just in the hospital too and I know how scary it is. I just had surgery and it came with complications. Hugs. Been watching your videos for a year now I think. I love your vlogs as well. You’re such a wonderful human being.
Get well soon, Kackie! 3 times a week is perfect! Hope to see more vlogs too, I miss those! Sending healing thoughts your way! 💗
I feel you and I hope you get answers soon!! I have major gut issues and finally got my diagnosis after sooooooo many years. I have endometriosis. So many things are aligning for me now, I hope you find answers too.
Aww, hope you get some answers soon and start feeling better. I personally love your vlogs, you are so funny and interesting and it’s just enjoyable to “hang out” with you via youtube ❤️
I'm so sorry for all your health problems lately, Kackie and I really hope you get the right treatment for whatever ails you! But I had to chuckle to myself when you said: "Bottom line is.... I have to have a Colonoscopy...." 😏 I wish you a speedy recovery!!!🤕😘 Also - alot of your gut issues resonate with my struggles, though yours sound alot more serious. I often will ingest peppermint oil to help with the abundance of flora I often have too much of. But yes, I strongly urge you to go ahead with the Colonoscopy and look further into your problems. Hang in there girlie!
My sister had C-diff for a long time...in and out of the hospital...it is nasty stuff😫 I hope you get the answers you need for your peace of mind and your little pumpkin 💕🙏🥰
Ayyy 😩 i hope you feel better soon and you get your diagnosis! I definitely understand where you are coming from as far as feeling not interesting enough for people to watch as the same happens to me but i think actually being you is what keeps people engaged (where else am i gonna find another woman that is funny and obsessed with blush as much as i am than in your channel?! ) people that care will continue to watch you even if you only post one video a week. Anyway im rambling but i hope you get better soon and please take care of yourself because we love you around this part of YT💕😊
As a fellow workaholic who has worked to the point of serious health problems, I really appreciate you talking about the difficulties challenging your insecurities and changing your habits. I am looking forward to watching your content wherever you decide to take it in the future. :)
Feel good, Kackie! Praying for you. (I also did a world tour of my favorite “glutenous” foods before I was diagnosed with celiac- FYI there’s Krispy Kreme in Paramus and Springfield 😉)
Hi Kackie, I'm also a fellow autoimmune person. AIP (combined with supplements) did wonders for me to eliminate my gut symptoms. It's super restrictive and not for everyone (and definitely not long term) but it's worth looking into. Anyhow, obviously don't take medical advice from a youtube comment but just wanted to let you know you are not alone and what worked for me. Sending you a big hug and hoping for good news for you!!
So sorry for all the stress yours going through both physically and mentally ❤️ I'm sure you're not looking for suggestions but if you haven't already looked into the carnivore/keto etc type diets I know a lot of people with success of fixing gut bacteria and these exact issues. obviously nothing works for everyone but just thought I'd throw it out in case you hadn't already looked into it. Hoping you feel better soon ❤️
I might have to skip this one due to my own medical/health trauma. My heart goes out to you and wish you a smooth recovery and complete healing. Much love to you. ♥️
I have multiple auto immune conditions. I can absolutely and completely relate to pretty much everything you are talking about in this video. I truly feel for you. ❤️ I have ulcerative colitis myself. It’s funny to me how I seem to just continue to discover more and more ways we end up aligning. Crazy
Hi Kackie, happy to see you back and hope you get solid answers about your health soon. Side note the right side of your face looks like its reflecting a slight green hue? Is there a window and maybe a new very green tree outside? Lots of love and totally ok and more than that encourage you to slow down
Kackieeee!🥺 I’m sorry you’re going through this! And what a beautiful reminder to all of us on the importance of health! Because BOY IS THAT EASY TO FORGET. Also, 100% support the work smarter not harder motion 🙌🏻
Big hug for you!! 💖💖💖
Please be well Kackie. You need to put yourself first.
You do you, whatever you need ❤️ rooting for you all the way no matter what happens 🥰
I hit the 1k like😄 Love your authenticity and unpacking rawness, Kackie🙏 You are enough❤
I have a long, complicated history of gut struggles and I empathize with all of that medical poking and prodding. I hope you find some answers and relief!
Man. This video really brought back memories. I have colitis (microscopic) and thought getting the diagnosis was going to be the solution. So after all the expense and tests, it turned out the only treatment was daily steroids. (No, thank you) There was no discussion of treating the cause. It led to a looooong journey of adjusting my diet to heal myself. I also gave up gluten and sugar. It worked for a lot of my problems. I have so much less inflammation now. I wish I had made these realizations at your age. I didn’t want to change my diet, so I stuck my head in the sand for a long time. You’re doing great!
I hope you will find the solution to your health problems. You are right to put your health first. Your community will follow the pace (for your videos) that is best for you, don't worry ! Best wishes !
I'm so sorry to hear all this. Major big hugs. 💞💞💞💞💞💞💞💞
I would honestly listen to you talk about pretty much anything. Watching your videos feels like catching up with a friend. Take care of yourself!
So sorry your going through this Kackie. I too am dealing with GI issues and just had a endo/colonoscopy ( see if you can have them do both at the same time) I recommend mixing the solution with ice cold water not Gatorade like some say (too sweet) and have a lollipop to suck on. When you have to chug the solution you feel nauseous and popping in the lollipop immediately is a life saver. The solution wasn’t so terrible the aftermath not so pleasant, but the procedure, I couldn’t even tell i was violated lol which is mildly alarming. I really hope you get answers 🧡
Hi Kackie I’m so sorry you’re going through this 💕 I’ve been dealing with similar but different guy health issues since I was 7 years old. The only thing that’s made a difference besides cutting gluten/sugar was this wack powder called metagenix ultrainflamx it’s kinda expensive but might be worth looking into once you get your colonoscopy. Not trying to be one of those people like selling weird suggestions to chronically ill people cause lord knows we don’t want that. But if it can help I thought it was worth mentioning. Thinking of you and your gut 💕
Take sooooo much care, dear lady! We love seeing you be well above all else. I'm so grateful you are on your way to getting answers regarding your health. ♥️
So sorry you went through that. Hope you are able to take care of yourself.
Wishing you health and love and hopefully some answers soon. ❤️
