    Yeah going to English and Latin to German it's quite a breeze, tons of similar words, gender? Case? No problem, the grammar knowledge really fells OP.

    yea i am glad i am learning multiple languages so know something from one language can help me with another one. my native language is Dutch so its quite similar to English but even then i noticed words that are both in Dutch and Russian that aren't in English

    Not particularly applicable when your target language is Japanese

      Korean is closely related to Japanese. Also Turkic languages while not directly related to Japanese have a similar word order / morphology

      Italian is a very good language to learn imo. My favourite out of all the romance languages and is not super frustrating and sounds very nice imo. Good luck!
