Thank you for the videos and photos which you show to us. I am now nearly 85, and I can no longer go out on photo trips in the Australian bush , so you are doing it for me, and I am very grateful. Thank you!😅
I too have a baby squirrel in my care, the same age Roo was when you found him. I keep him in a terry cloth pouch around my neck (a strap), inside my t-shirt. He was found similarly to how Roo was. The cat found him and the dog made such a racket I had to investigate. I'm amazed at my cat, he knows I like animals alive, feeding strays etc. I now have a name Roo 2(too). I'm in love and know eventually he will be freed.
I can tell you are a very kind and caring person, thanks again for taking us along with you on your journey. I think your photography is amazing, and I’m sure you are an amazing person. Anyone who saves a squirrel and loves nature the way you do is definitely at the top of my list for great people.
Well; I thought and am sure most people thought that David Attenborough's documentaries could never be improved on, But you have actually done that. And with a fraction of the resources he had. Brilliant in every way lass and all the best from Scotland. Please don't get too confident with the bears. You don't get a second chance.
Where do you get your music ? It is so perfect for the forest videos. The squirrels never fail to bring a smile. Bon voyage! Stay warm. I love the Roo videos
You've now given me two things to look forward to, so thanks for that. 1. The crowdfunder. I'm sure there are quite a few of us who have been wondering how the squirrel forest project was coming along, so it will be great to finally be able to help out. 2. A video about your thoughts and feelings about rescuing Roo. I've loved the series as each one has brought back more memories of the squirrel I rescued over 40 years ago. Talking about your hoodie reminded me of the dungarees I sewed a pouch in for him to sleep in and that I kept them for well over a decade and only wore them when I needed cheering up and to remember happier times. Keep up the good work and have a wonderful year!
I enjoyed the funny stamping and tale wiggling squirrels too! Your voice and sharing feels always so peaceful and balanced. Very much in sync with nature and wildlife. I am super stoked for you to be invited on a trip to Antartica!! It must feel overwhelming at times to have so much editing work to do. You have a beautiful mission that you carry out and its so special for people to join you on wildlife photography trips to Iceland and Alaska. Sending a warm hug, hopefully the very cold has set now for a long time. ❤
I love watching your videos with Roo 🐿 I have a squirrel that comes on my porch everyday that I see on my cameras so I put fruit & nuts out in the morning before I go to work 😊 I look forward to seeing the 🐿 when I check the cameras it puts a smile on my face😊
I recommended mpb to my friend who sold his camera. He said thank you. I got it from your video :) he sold his camera quick and easily and he was very thankful.
In those beautiful eyes, that terder smile and that peaceful voice... I see an angel's soul. I love your work, your channel and what you do for Rude and nature 😊
Wow, I love your attitude. You really show off the scenery, landscape, and wildlife. I am in New Zealand and have a friend who lives in Finland. Your vids help me appreciate his part of the world even more!
I think Sweden is the best country in the world what an astonishing place with beautiful cities + beautiful natural places , beautiful weather ,, nice sunlight and the color everything is great
I was distraught when Rue got sick, but only because I fell in love. It was a good video. You and Rue created suspense. I was hanging of my chair and crying my eyes out.
That…cold…frozen…land…is protected from humans….Dani my dear…you’re like….a goddess…there…and brings…the unspoiled….beauty of the winter forest…to us….thank you…my dear….its just wonderful 🥲🥰
I love your videos so much! I love the beauty of winter but most people hate it!😞This year in Canada there has been almost no snow, the firts time I've seen it since I was born. I would have loved a white Christmas like yours with snow-covered trees. 🥰🌲🌲❄❄🐿🐿🐦🐦The crowdfunder is a very good idea.👍🏻
I love your videos and the squirrel videos are my favorite. I have about 10 squirrels that visit me everyday and I learned a lot about them from you! Thank you for all you do!
There is so much beauty in those shots. Thank you for bringing a bit of incredible nature into our homes ❤ Edit: Your spirit reminds me so much of Robert Marc Lehmann and Hannah Assil. Two very nice wildlife photographers and they also try to protect nature in various ways, especially RML.
Wonderful video. I’ve been very moved by the Roo videos. It’s great he personalized your hoodie for you. Hope you have a great voyage. It should be fun sharing the experience with the other photographers and participants.
Dani thanks for sharing this special journey with Roo and his enjoyable adventures! I have been enjoying you from the early days when you took us to a magical place., many times...
I just wanted to exclaim: how much love these videos have and particulary this last one. Amazing! It's a blessing to watch any episode of your channel. Thank you so much.
Absolutely beautiful vlog especially seeing the goshawk (Accipiter gentilis). Back in the 1980's I was practising falconry and a friend of mine and I each had a male goshawk. These were captive bred birds and as they both came from the same clutch we had them early enough that they became imprinted. We had many many years together. I named him “Einar” which means “lone warrior" in old Norse.
I'm once again very excited about your new video Dani, such wonderful shots that are so heartwarming, great sound and a great atmosphere in every moments, thank you so much for that 😍🐿❤ It looks so nice when you look up into the trees 😉🤗
Thank you Dani, it was fun hanging out a little bit. Happy New Year ! . I have an older 200-400 Canon lense, I like it, but, yes it's Very Heavy to lug around in the woods. I have a 2x tele converter and if there's enough light it's pretty neat to shoot photos from a mile away, but it has to be on a tripod. As a side note, my little Icon photo is of a Katmai Bear with a big ole Salmon in it's mouth, I've already mentioned how I part of the online community who follow Brooks Falls. Antarctica sounds amazing !! can't wait. Good Shootin out there ! 🐻❤🐟
Great as always love your videos... BUt Dear Dani, Ju must get a real Fjällräven jacket next time you are out in the cold, you can easy stay out 8h then...!!! Keep them coming. Hälsningar från Stockholm
you go get those images girl ! your technical knowledge of your kit, your commitment to the light and the image, your interest in nature, your prep for cold weather . . . you are all that and more.
Thank you for your truly magical videos Dani. They are warm like a lovely childhood memory. Can I please say that there is nothing wrong if you make some money while hosting these trips. There is no reason it can’t become a business doing what you love to do. Anyone that has a problem with you making money from hosting trips needs to find another channel
I was thinking the same thing and totally agree. It's hard work and a lot of responsibility hosting clients on any kind of trip, but especially so in somewhere like Antarctica. Not to mention benefitting from your incredible knowledge, expertise and company. I hope that moving forward it will become something you feel more comfortable with, as the value you give to so many of us is incredible. Hope you have an awesome trip, I can't wait to watch the videos. It's definitely a bucket list trip for me!! ❤
Lovely video as always. I love the colour of the male bullfinch, and birds of prey are always extra fascinating to see. As a cyclist, it's always nice to hear that people are cycling, both outdoors and indoors.
Thanks Dani for your amazing & interesting videos, I always feel motivated to get out and use my camera after watching you, and as you say MPB is a great platform for selling & buying camera equipment.🙂
Thank you Dani, you take such wonderful photos, it is clear that you have a solid connection to animals. Thank you for helping me reconnect after a health struggle.I hope to join one of your trips in the future!
You're so right about February being a month of planning, and I have a couple of species I hope to photograph and film in the UK throughout the year, so I'm looking forward to doing those 😊 all the best for your trips this year and a lovely video as always!
I really enjoy your videos. Peacefull and full of tenderness with squirrel in a Forest so beautyfull. I have 1000 favorite links about The Dodo and other kind people, but really your soft voice and landscape are "une pure merveille". Hi from France (where live red squirrel)
Dani, we really love your videos and the stories. The cute squirrels in the snow. Thank you for this. My wife and I just returned to Stockholm after some amazing days in Antarctica. We were on an “expedition” with Hurtigrutens ship Fridjof Nansen. It was amazing. Better than expected. All from the first icebergs to the penguins and their chicks. Different kind of seals, albatrosses, and whales. The scenery is fantastic. Glaciers and high mountains covered with snow and ice. We are sure you will get I great time going to Antarctica.
Dani, let me first appreciate you, you for who YOU are as a person but also for your mission in the world. Your content creation is amazing, but also all your photos are beautifule. We all love you for your unconditional love you have for nature and for all wild animals. I actually also like the sound of your voice. I think you should use your calm voice to do story telling, meditation or why not read books for audiobooks. Take it from me as business idea. Greatings from Gothenburg💛💙
Thank you for the videos and photos which you show to us. I am now nearly 85, and I can no longer go out on photo trips in the Australian bush , so you are doing it for me, and I am very grateful. Thank you!😅
that was amazing. at 4;44 an owl or hawk or something flew behind you and your eyes traced its movement. Tuned in girl

As a Dane, I find it difficult to express my gratitude for your videos in English, so I have to settle for sending you a heart. ❤
I love it that you have the patience to photograph wildlife. It's such a luxury to watch this on a video. Thank you.
I can tell you are a very kind and caring person, thanks again for taking us along with you on your journey. I think your photography is amazing, and I’m sure you are an amazing person. Anyone who saves a squirrel and loves nature the way you do is definitely at the top of my list for great people.

That photography is the very best I've ever seen. Red squirrels are my favorite to observe. THANK YOU.
I'm lucky to have grey squirrels in view of my house but would love to see a red one in my travels one day
Where do you get your music ? It is so perfect for the forest videos. The squirrels never fail to bring a smile. Bon voyage! Stay warm. I love the Roo videos
