I recently acquired a Kizer escort with their red richlite scales (a type of micarta) and love it. Similar in appearance and locking mechanism to the D/bear. Also fantastic action and sharpness right outta the box.
I love my Drop Bear. Great little work knife that I've beat on pretty hard. The clutch lock works so well and practically closes itself. It's spending a lot of time in my pocket when other similar knives are in the drawer.
There you go man. If you find one that fits you well and you like the action, That's awesome and it's definitely going to get more pocket time. Good stuff man. Thanks
I have that exact one and agree with 100% of what you said. I snagged one when I had the chance and the only one available was the coated blade and aluminum scales. It love it, but think I would prefer a non-coated version too. Thanks, brother KC! Have an awesome Friday and weekend, man.
Don't have the Drop Bear yet, but will for sure one day. Filling in other voids in the old knife collection at the moment, so it's just a matter of priorities. The bigger question is: What kind of new camera? What lens?
I enjoyed your review on the Drop Bear Purchased the Escort in Burlap Micart and change out stud to red ones and I'm still learning the lock had to adjust the omega springs twice and learning I like purchase in December it's drop price $95 this will be my fourth knife and last for this year I've learned to be very discriminating what I purchase. We should all do are research like I'm doing for the Drop Bear
The drop bear has jumped to one of my favorites as far as fidget factor. I’d love to find a purple pocket clip tho to match the thumb stud if anyone knows where I can find one to fit, that won’t cost me a fortune that is. lol
That would definitely look great if you could find one. If I see one I'll let you know. Definitely a great fidget knife and a great cutting profile. Thanks
The Drop Bear is excellent! I think Kizer's store direct had a few, might be gone now, but you could use the KIZER2022 code to save 30% until January 8th.
It's a cool knife but I'm no good at cross bar lock knives can't keep my fingers out of the way always cut myself no matter how hard I try not to great video
Practice, practice, practice. I also had trouble with them until it clicked for me and I realized I was overtrying (word?), and then I was fine. Love 'em now. Cheers.
Yeah you should be careful man. That's not good. I usually am able to keep my hands back out of the way. But definitely if it doesn't work for you then others might be better. Thanks
@@hannahbrevik7007 trust me, this one is worth keeping. I am a reviewer and I can't keep everything that I review. I have to sell some or summer here on loan or I give quite a few away. I sold this one. That helped me buy more. But it's great. Thanks
@@KnivesFAST yeah It came on Friday and camping this memorial weekend totally made me fall in love with it. I might even like it more then my sheepdog 🤣
Thanks for watching. There's not really any USA equal to this, especially not in the price range. I mean you could check out a hogue But you're going to pay quite a bit more. Thanks

Yes that rich light is very good. Excellent choice. Thanks

Thanks for watching Grumpy. Yeah you know it's a great knife I just don't prefer this coating. Great action though. Thanks
I love the look of this blade shape and the black and purple accents
Yes sir. The blade shape is my favorite part. Great knife. Thanks

Yeah I really like it. It was a shame I had to sell it but I got to keep knives coming in. I got a Canon M50 and a sigma 16 mm F1/4
I've got the fat carbon 20cv one and I love it. It's the most fidgety knife I own
Very cool. It's definitely pretty awesome. Thanks

Glad I could be of help. Yes I'm really good ones to consider. Thanks
They ought to mass produce the Snowflske titanium version. It's definitely the show piece.
I'm not sure I saw that one. Sounds great. Thanks
I really like the Drop Bear! Love the overall profile and lines! Thanks KC!
The profile and shape is very nice. Thanks
I dig mine my action I feel was correct out of the box I wont alter it . Have a Great day Everyone . 🗡🙏🏻
I feel the same way with the one that I had in. It was tuned perfectly. Thanks so much.
I won a drop bear from Beez when I won the Christmas GAW I love it mines exactly like the one in your video....a very fidgety one it is 👍
It's fantastic. Glad you're enjoying it and glad you won it. Thanks

I just got a blue clip. Looks great!
Looks like a folding Kephart Style to me! I like that design!!
That's exactly what it looks like Mike. It's beautiful. Thanks
Thanks so much for checking it my good man 👍
Thank you for watching. I appreciate it
Just ordered the gunmetal gray/satin blade….as you mention, blackwashed would’ve been preferred over the shiny black coating.
Agree. They are great and that would make them amazing. Thanks

Good to know. Hope everyone can find one. Thanks
Very cool! Great video KC 👍
It is cool. Thanks
I’m enjoying it. One of the most fidgety knives i currently own!
Glad you like your brother. Thanks so much for your support.
I am very fond of this model, I have in the fat carbon.
Very cool. Those are gorgeous. Thanks
Oh this has been so well talked about. Let's see 👀 what say the K.C.
Nice knife! I hope to see companies using more aluminum for scales
Yeah I love how aluminum is making a comeback. I think you're going to see even more of it. Thanks
The TRM Atom is 0.09 Blade thickness
Yeah my brain left me at that moment. But that is really thin and really awesome. Thanks

Great looking knife for sure. 👍👍
It's a beauty. And the action is incredible. Thanks Keith
Video looks great.
It doesn't thanks Rusty.
Sweet knife!
Love it. Thanks.
👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Even though my most carried and loved knife is a axis lock (or clutch or whatever it's called) I don't like it that much
Very interesting. Yeah to each their own but this one's really good. Thanks
Great swedging! 🤣
Lol. Thanks.
You might consider a do-over when you learn your new camera ( most of this video is out of focus ).
Well since I don't have the knife anymore, that won't happen, but I did figure out that it was a lighting issue. But thank you
@@KnivesFAST why don't you have the knife anymore? Just ordered one and if it doesn't last three months I should reconsider
