Love it man ! Such a nice build , quite professional.
You should use heat wrap or exhaust rap on the exhaust pipe to reduce more heat , help with the belt problem, also I’d shorten the long part of the pipe so the muffler just sits tucked so if you roll it it’s not sticking out and bends off . Great idea taking the baffling out too 👌🏻👍🏻👍🏻 sounds real good sir

I had one years ago about the same model. I would start with the Suspension.
I destroyed mine each time I took it out. Would be an hour of driving and a couple weekends of fixing it.
When you hit a bump or go over a small log it just bends and breaks everything.
They have a small engine turbos that would be pretty cool

    1) Very fun video
    2) "louder" isnt always "better".... although there is usually a top end or bottom end increase in performance.... sometimes enough power and quieter... can be an overall more enjoyable long term ride
    3) ( for me this is the greater "Issue".....)
"SPRUNG vs UN-SPRUNG WEIGHT".... Reducing weight (mass) from the suspension down is a HUGE positive for Confort, Control, Traction, Component Endurance....
In this build...The engine moves with the axle vs floating as part of the vehicle.
    This causes
    a) extra stress ON the engine.. (the exhaust will likely crack) etc...
    b) reduced traction and handling performance as the rear tires wont track back on the the road surface as quickly
    c) The rear axle's mass wont float off of a bump as swiftly so that impacting energy will travel upward and into the frame... MORE of every "bump" is transferred into the vehicle frame and passengers..= rougher feeling ride while reducing handling and traction
nevertheless... HELL YES !!! FOR SIMPLICITY AND FUN FACTOR
The build and the builder still deserve huge thumbs way up....

Cold air intake with big filter, head work, cam, high compression piston and it will make 40% more power. It sounds good. The frame will get twisted for sure.

Cool build, love it but you could have made a heat shield to put between the belt and headers so you can keep that crackling exhaust note
