Hello @ryanmason491, we do not recommend using Baluns with a POC recorder. Although it may seem like it's working, Baluns will draw an electric current from the DVR and could cause a fire. Ordinarily a POC camera with a POC enabled DVR being run over coaxial cable would be fine if they were from the same manufacturer. Hope this helps.
If the DVR supports POC do you still need to provide a power source? / will this work with any SPRO dvrs without additional power?
