Forehand and Backhand Deception tricks in badminton. We love deceptions, and we love to have fun. These 2 things are in focus here in this small badminton deception video on our channel. I train 2 versions, where you show a backhand shot and "trick" the opponent with a fake shot, and then hit the other way. An excellent badminton deception, almost like a badminton trickshot. 😎

Hi,
I am a 33 year old man with a full time job.
I had recently started playing badminton (2 months) and developed a keen interest in the game. I wish to continue playing it so that i can be fit. I don't have any prior experience of the game but i want to improve and excel in the game.For that i am thinking of joining an academy.But as i have not played badminton earlier and it will be a start from zero will it be a good decision to start learning badminton to play properly at the age of 33 that too to gain fitness.
What do you suggest?
Will it be wise to join an academy to get trained properly in badminton in my situation?
As i will only have an hour max to spare for training
I also doubt that any one will even agree to coach me at this age.
