I'm creating quotations and I would like a pop up menu so I can quickly chose the product to sell, but is there a way to automatically add a value in the next cell over when selecting an option from the pop up menu? For example I select product A, then the price of that product appears in the next cell? . . . I hope that makes sense?!
Once I've made a list of categories in a pop-up menu and have used it in multiple cells, Is there a way to edit that pop-up list globally for all cells that it occurs in? I'm finding that if I do edit the list, it only applies to the pop up menu for that individual cell. If I copy that edited cell to any other, I lose the selected category assignments for those other cells. I'd like to be able to add a new category from time to time without having to re-categorise my entire table. Thanks in advance if you can help!

Hi I created a list of 40 items in a separate table to be used in a pop up menu. When I copy them across they lose the sequence. Any ideas ?

Based on my experimenting, you have to redo them. I don't think they can be updated all at once.
