I don't think i can ever go back to working as a Nurse Practitioner now that I've had a taste of LIBERATION But one thing I teach people now- if you want to live off of Rental Income purchase your property before you quit your W2. Interest rates and financing is so much easier I thought I would take a break then return to the work force, but i can't even get myself to do agency work . As you know Stephanie, working in the medical field is draining and can be abusive all at the same time. I'm just not interested. It has served me well. But i can't see myself doing it again, especially not full-time.
You’re very inspirational. After a 23-year hiatus, in 2022, I returned to university to complete my studies as a Film & media student. I’m now an upper junior and decided to apply for the education abroad program. However, Prague was recommended. Do you have any suggestions.

Thank you Stephanie! You're definitely out here saving & changing Sistas lives! I got a response and video chat appointment within hours of applying to a house sit my very 1st time! Loving animals, being an English Major, & loving to write, definitely helped.
I love this Stephanie, you are doing the Lord's work! I have a question, do you purchase return tickets for every country you visit or will they allow people to come on a visitors visa with a one way ticket, or do you just buy a two way ticket for the duration of the visa time?
Hola. Just to share info. Once I get my personal documents notarize , the next step is to certificate them or apostille. Once I get that done I’ll be ready to go to San Jose and pick the right lawyer or asistant to present the paperwork in CR immigration . Some English and ticos lawyers I read are reaping off Americans charging them up to $1,700us per person. I’m not paying that. I speak Spanish and hopefully I can get someone profesional bilingual to do my residency . Keeping in touch

@@StephaniePerry Why Costa Rica and not Panama or Equador?
Next morning 🌄. Late seeing your video because we are on the houseboat. I will watch your videos later this week. Eze and unbothered non working spouse, child FREE. I am in no rush. It's my life.... From the Ozarks USA, swimming 🐟 and Fishing in the lakes
I don't think i can ever go back to working as a Nurse Practitioner now that I've had a taste of LIBERATION
But one thing I teach people now- if you want to live off of Rental Income purchase your property before you quit your W2. Interest rates and financing is so much easier
I thought I would take a break then return to the work force, but i can't even get myself to do agency work .
As you know Stephanie, working in the medical field is draining and can be abusive all at the same time. I'm just not interested. It has served me well. But i can't see myself doing it again, especially not full-time.
Thank you Stephanie, you still have me here ready to leave again. Great tips and advice ❤️❤️❤️
Thank you for your video! It helped me feel much better about my decision to do the same. I will be leaving in January.
You’re very inspirational. After a 23-year hiatus, in 2022, I returned to university to complete my studies as a Film & media student. I’m now an upper junior and decided to apply for the education abroad program. The deadline for the completion of the application is in September… are there any recommendations for best countries for a Black woman to study abroad? I’m considering Italy. However, Prague was recommended. Do you have any suggestions.
Netherlands. Italy just denied an African team of Ghanian youth entry for their water polo dreams of participation.
@@DrRae-fd3dj Thank you… I will look for the article.
@@DrRae-fd3djwow!
Hi Stephanie. I'm watching the 😊Replay
My question with packing light would be how did you get hair products? I'm pretty specific with my products like my hygiene products.
Maybe have your family and/or friends ship your fav products to you?
That is a beautiful scarf in your hair!
Hey Stephanie! Thank you for your insight into the black exodus journey, it's giving me the courage to plan my own! I'd like to join the FB group but don't have a profile pic for security reasons. Could I send a verification photo instead?
How do digital nomads get their monthly meds while going from country to country? 🤷🏾♀️
Would you state more about the skills you picked up during the sabbatical, please?
Seek happiness, wherever you can find it👍👍👍
We slept half our days away during our first trip to Paris bc we were just so tired!!
Thank you Stephanie! You're definitely out here saving & changing Sistas lives! I got a response and video chat appointment within hours of applying to a house sit my very 1st time! I only had one character reference, 2 sentences long, from an educational institute at the time. I booked my 1st house sit from the initial chat, within 24hrs of applying to it.I am their regular house sitter now! I'll go more in depth in the FB group. Yes her House Sitter School course works!
Congratulations on your book! 🎉❤
Lord give 🙏 us All Wisdom, need to be Prepare.

Thank you for all you do, are you doing the youtube challenge again if so when?
If not do you do consulting for youtube or is it strictly house sitting?

Love your videos. You've enlightened me soo much. Are you a housesitter world wide or just in the US??
She a housesitter worldwide
Hi Stephanie. This video was informative. I am not interested in being a House Sitter but have shared this information with others. Who pays for your flight & food when you House Sit?
You do but the tradeoff is free accommodations.

Hello! The THS website is not working.
Is housing sitting something available in the USA?

Hey Stephanie, for house sitting. Does that only consist of watching an animal. I'm allergic to fur. 🫠
