Jeff is a rockin out while traveling around saving and relocating snakes and sometimes other reptiles in need. Can't get much better than that. Loving the videos and it's nice to see how this channel has more than doubled with subscribers since I first joined. It's one of my favorites. It's almost as if I am in the car going for a ride too to join in with the rescuse and relocation.
I know what you mean 😊 il just started watching this channel
Great episode. Bryan, that male was exceptionally chunky! And Nick, great capture & I LOVE GILA MONSTERS! Baby was so cute! & smart to be getting off the road. Appreciate the homeowners who admired the beauty of the snek. I felt good seeing a "normal" home, too. Some huge homes y'all often go to.
Great video. I really like the way y’all relocate the snakes. RESPECT!
OMG, that baby gila monster! 😍
From New Mexico. Love the work you folks do. Educating the masses (some anyway) so the snakes can be relocated versus being exterminated. We live right at the base of a mountain range and have had a few rattlers end upon our back porch/deck area. Though I have no training, I have been able to carefully 'encourage' snakes into 5 gallon pales via broom, cap them & move them a few miles down the road to federal land where the habitat is the same as our back yard to release them. This has very quickly become my top favorite channels.
I always love these videos especially when there is is Gila Monsters are involved.
YES! Gila monsters are THE BEST! Have you seen the 3 legged sweet heart that lives at Bryan's? Trixie, I think. Bryan has a great (life size??) tattoo of her.
🥰🥰🥰
Great video as always :) Loving the music for added production quality :)
I always give your videos a "like," but the baby gila monster alone is worth that! XD
Great video thanks
I got really lucky one day on a Boy Scout Hiking trip in the Angeles National Forest. A Rattle Snake was coiled up on top of a rock, around 3 inches from my face and neck, but it only flicked its tongue at me. I took several minutes backing away from it. I'm still alive and I bet it enjoyed some nice years,,,
Brian I was thinking man he is really off-roading this Prius and you said I need to work on this driveway ; that was funny. Glad you found the resident rattler. And a Gila baby at the end!!! So rad!!
Sweet! is right!! I knew where my resident snakes would hang out, and just left them alone. I swear that’s why I never had a field mouse problem in my home. Worth their weight in gold. The only thing I didn’t care for was escorting babies out of my barn. They were so cranky and wiggly!
Great Eddie Murphy impression
People walk by more snakes than they ever see and don’t realize that snakes would rather have nothing to do with us. We look like big scary predators likely to eat them. What a gorgeous rattler!
Right when I didn't think it could get any better, a baby Gila monster for the icing on the cake. GREAT VIDEO!
I find myself wondering if Gila Monsters are evolving to match Arizona roadways or the people who formulate the local asphalt are doing the opposite... (or maybe I should just think about putting my reading glasses on before I watch a video first thing in the morning...)
I love rattlers! Lived and worked in the deserts of New Mexico on the missile range for thirty seven years and regretfully killed one near my home in the desert. Should have relocated him. It still bothers me that I didn't. It actually hurts me to think about it. He was stretched across the dirt road near my place just enjoying the warm September sun. One other time, I saw one near a launch site. I blocked the road with my vehicle to other traffic hoping the rattler would move off into the desert. He didn't and when I rolled slowly forward to get out of the way I rolled over him😢. Two rattlers that died for stupidity. But, I rescued many many more from vehicles and humans by getting them far off the road.
In Missouri as a kid visiting one summer, a water moccasin was being pegged with rocks by kids one afternoon. That poor snake was just trying to get away.
I've been removing venomous snakes since I was a teenager mainly copperhead and timber rattlesnakes in Indiana moved to South carolina have been removing rattlesnakes and copperheads and cotton mouths just removed my first coral snake she was a gorgeous snake
Hi guys. I love your videos and while watching this one I found myself pondering a hypothetical question. This may have been asked a thousand times before and in that case feel free to ignore it.
I was wondering if any of you would be comfortable removing non indigenous venomous snakes, or snake species you aren't familiar, from a property? The most scary example I can think of is a black mamba escaping from a keeper and ending up in somebody's house and them calling you 😅
So you put them into pack rat nests for cover and an extra bit of food for the trouble of being moved?
I'm new to this channel, what is up with the googly eye on the grabber?
A coyote will likely find the dead sidewinder and have its midnight snack.
That was what I was thinking. "Snakey"
I live in Southern California a few miles inland from the Pacific Ocean in northwest Orange County California. The nearest beach is Seal Beach California. I'm wondering what breed of rattlesnake is native, and if they can climb rafters in a garage with no plaster or drywall to cover the studs. I thought I heard some rattling in my detached garage up in my rafter a few times. Lizards sneak into my garage through the carport door cracks at times.
Southern Pacific Rattlesnake as far as I know.
I just watched a ad with a person driving a car on a toilet seat.. MY BRAIN HURTS
Do you bill for multiple calls to the same residence? Or just when you finally get the snake you originally went for?
Typically not. If the situation is one, that does not seem like we will succeed, we take every measure possible to make sure that the homeowner understands exactly what the expectation is. For example, if somebody calls and said they saw a coach whip two days ago, we will usually Try to just talk them out of the service since it is unlikely that we would actually recover a snake. Often times if we go out there and the snake cannot be recovered. We will offer something like a 24 hour or 48 hour return service at no extra cost to make sure that it covers it if it’s something that we just missed. But those situations are rare. The challenges that many of these situations are ones in which a feature of the property is attracting multiple snakes, and that is really what the issue is, so if somebody calls later, with a different animal, that is a different situation. There is only so much that can be donewith a customer to try and fix the originating problem, the snake being a symptom of it, rather than the issue itself.
How often to you have calls and can't find the snake?
Not movin there😮
I feel bad for them, too much building.
I used to be so scared of snakes, this is going to sound mean & PLEASE forgive me for saying this but I didn't care what would happen to it, but now I do I care about them a lot there Gods creatures! 😊❤ so I'm not scared of them anymore
Why do people have so much clutter living in rattlesnake country?
Way too many hiding places.
You guys sure do kill a bunch of pack rats.
Has there been a study of re-location in terms of if re-locating a snake introduces stronger DNA or weaker DNA? I love what you do regardless
That is a really good question but I doubt it affects DNA. ( in my 25 years of doing relocations that is a brand new question!) Either Bryan or Dr. Emily Taylor, wildlife Biologist at UC Berkley might be able to answer this accurately.
I've seen several so-called snake repellent products at the Home Depot store. Do they actually keep snakes away from the property?
I'm going to address this comment in an upcoming live video. Thanks!
People swear by mothballs, sulphur pellets. Getting rid of their habitat and their food is the best way. When it's dry snake will find water, sprinklers, irrigation, and standing water are great snake attractors.
The only creature to be feared is man and mosquitos. Both on the same level.
people need to to clean up there yards. !

Pretty gila
I think to respect a snake especially one that is potentially dangerous to humankind. However we are to respect electricity too. We know what we should and should not do around electricity. I am a scaredy cat when it comes to snakes. I know they provide a great service to mankind because they can get rid of nuance small animals. As long as I keep a healthy distance from them then that should calm my nerves. I hope!🙄🙄
We are the manufacturer for that product (snake caught) india
Rattlesnake relocation seems crazy to me. I live in the foothills of northern California. Until recently, I had a rattlesnake problem every summer. My dogs had a number of close calls with rattlesnakes. To protect my dogs, I always killed rattlesnakes by hacking them to death with a shovel. Rattlesnakes produce baby rattlesnakes which grow up and produce more rattlesnakes. Now I have a bunch of cats, which seems to have reduced the rattlesnake problem. My cats have reduced the rodent population which can attract rattlesnakes. Cats are cute and cuddly. Rattlesnakes aren't. They're dangerous and can kill beloved pets. I hate rattlesnakes.
this guy must not like pack rats
For as good as a job you're doing?
Don't need the background computerized "music". It's a real distraction and kinda irritating.
I hate the ones that chase you. Prairie Rattler I think.
that dead one on the road was the best one , wont bother anyone anytime
Rock this is rattlesnake, rattlesnake meet large rock. That is how most handle the situation..
Hey everyone! Look how cool and manly this guy is!
I would have no problem killing that snake do you know how much it cost for snakebite care in hospital
