Beautiful car, alfa is the only car company that cares about the passion and soul of the car and this is why when i drive an alfa i feel so great, o and don forget the history Ferrari Enzo the company founder worked in alfa before he found Ferreri and i dont remeber the year but in one race along time ago alfa was so ahead that they had time to wash the car in the stop pits before the finish FIRST
the guy in the salmon pink is lying isn't anywhere near the level to be able to sit in that car. The 159 is the best car alfa have ever made especially in V6, It's a beautiful beast, looks better than maserati and Aston, the interior doesn't look dated it's lightyears ahead of any other car including their ugly new giulia which has its design ques given to it by bmw and audi. 159 is timeless beauty, when you sit in it you are in a fighter jet, it's better than a lambo, when you drive the V6 you can over-take audi/Porsche. Amazing from the outside amazing from the inside, and the V6 is thunder.
I've just bought one of these 2.0 Jtdm. Only thing I can see that is not up to standard is the paintwork which seems very prone to rust and chips. Having said that. It's done 128k and feels absolutely solid because it's been looked after, got what it needed and serviced when it should have been
All europeans seem to have some issue with Italian cars. Always with this 'head over heart' commentary when making comparisons between German and italian cars. Here in North America, where italian cars aren't sold, German cars are known as over-engineered and impossible to own after their warranties expire. You see cars that retailed for $60,000 in only a few years selling in the used market for around $20,000. In other words, not that reliable.
right ! german cars these days or should isay about 10 - 12 years are much more worst than france or italian cars ... reability twiceworst and the spare parts ... twice price .... so fuck german cars like audi ww opel bmw or mertz ... just a bigger crap at a high price !!!!! alwaysi will chose a renault or peugeot an alfa or ford !
@@fikretnebija7483 on 1.9jtd it's easyier to work on ,2.4jtd is a pig to change alternator belt ,delete swirl flaps egr etc. In terms of economy i regularly get in my 2.4 jtd 40mpg even 50 when driven sensible.

Not many around mate I have the TBI in black they are the one 159 holding their value due to the clever engine.
Excellent review. High quality analysis. :-)

The head end is beautiful love the headlights setup. The rest of the outer body cant say it is anything better... Just my opinion!

Hang on on that beauty or you might tip over, mister stickman.
Why do you wear a circus tent in pink...otherwise ... rather nice and fair review!
Never ever can you compare the 2.4jtd with the 1.9jtd engine.
wich is the best 1.9jtdm or 2.4jtdm? and automatic or manual?

I hope talking isnt this guys day job
i have never seen such an out dated dash.
Alfa dash is not outed, it's unique and amazing. It's also very driver focused dash. Also this video is narrowed for some reason in the width
You should check out the Alfa Romeo 1750 GT's dash. The 159's dash of inspired by it. I wonder what you mean by "outdated" really.
