- Join me as I take a look around Bournemouth Christmas Tree Wonderland with more than 100 illuminations, from Bournemouth Pier to Lansdowne Roundabout through Beale Place and Horseshoe Common - both the market and wonderland are running from Friday, November 19 to Sunday, January 2 - Highlights include:
- 60ft centre piece walk-through animated Bournemouth Wonderland Tree
- 10m Changing Tree of Light
- A cascading waterfall
- Christmas tree trail featuring over 100 festive-themed illuminations
- Walk-through bauble in Pier Approach
- Outdoor ice rink and the chance to skate under the stars
- Enchanting illuminations including giant teddy bears, gingerbread people and a giant bauble
- The Alpine Market and Alpine Lodge Bar with great festive atmosphere
- Seasonal music and entertainment

Greetings again, from across the pond!
I've already mentioned in a couple of Walk With Me Tim spits, that Tim, Gabby, and this fantastic effort has meant much more to me than simply some first hand travel advice.
I almost died in sudden (over 10 hrs) emergency surgery while my wife Marie & I were returning to NJ vacation Shoreline (PPB) forbade quiet return.
I finally got home & slowly on the mend, and just happened across Tom and his UA-cam channel.
Perhaps it's a bit strange, but constantly watching & sharing in all of Gabby & his adventures, completely took my mind off the pain & problems, and drove me into an alternate world, where I've learned more about England and a myriad ofbother areas, than I thought I would ever know or love so much!!!
This video is truly a Prime example, w the Holidays approaching and me sort of stuck home, it completely transported me (along with dozens of other Christmas sessions) along side, as if I was in GB experiencing all the treats & festivities!!!!

Used to go on holidays with parents when I was much younger...would love to go back, but it's a long drive from where I live in the North East!!

Thanks for this video Tim I was ment to visit Brussels Christmas Market in a few weeks time via eurostar but with the latest round of rail strikes I've now changed it to Bournemouth so i could drive without being at the mercy of the railways

Hi Tim, thanks for the lovely walk around Bournemouth's christmas wonderland. Wish we could be there this year. IWe have loved watching all your festive videos. Paul has a blue and white themed tree in our loungeroom but I love a traditional tree so mine goes up in the family room. Best of both worlds but extra work when it comes to taking the trees down in the New Year. Oh well can't have everything........

Like the way, Bournemouth has used the ski theme for some of their cafes. Good effort by Bournemouth something slightly different from the norm.

Just watched your other Bournemouth vid and now this one, really miss it. Had a great time at uni. If it was slighty bigger i think it would be the perfect place to live, I love being by the water but there aren’t too many big cities that are nice by the water in the uk unfortunately
