Usually under pipeline run summary under tests tab you can view test results summary like how many tests are passed , failed, skipped, etc. But there are many ways in which you can view the results. For eg, if your automation scripts are producing output results in formats like junit, etc. You can use the publish test results option via ADO pipeline and view the detailed test results.
