1 tbsp basmati rice
1 tbsp tooar dal
5 kaju, 5 badam, 5 pista

1 kg ,Mutton /with bone
250g curd/ dahi
5 green chilli
6 ilaichi
6 loung
3 dalchini
1 TSP shahzira
1/2 TSP black pepper powder
2 tbsp papaya paste
1 TSP Red chilli powder
1 TSP kabab chini
3 tbsp ginger garlic paste
Salt to taste
1 tsp turmeric powder /haldi
Mint and coriander leaves

Pure Ghee
Hyderabadi Garam masala powder 2 tsp
Hand full Rose petals/Pattiyan
1/2 lemon juice
1/2 TBSP black pepper corns
Saffron 1 TSP with milk
Fried onions
1 chopped green chilli
mint & coriander leaves
