1 cup wheat soaked
8 cup water n pressure cook
3 tbsp urad dal
3 tbsp chana daal
3 cup water
1tsp oil
Salt .
1kg mutton
Pressure cook
20 green chillies
Corrientder
2 tbsp ginger garlic
1tsp turmeric
½ fried onions
Washed basmati rice
Salt to taste
2 tbsp pudina
Water
Ghee½ till meat is done.
½pod jabetri
8 6 laing
1 tsp ki mirch
10 elaichi
Jeeta
Shah Zerra
Coriander
10 almonds 10 pista
Grind this masala.
