I just purchased my first preloved piece from Fashionphile (Gucci Eden tote) and I did my research thoroughly! It is in excellent condition and I got a great deal😌
I used the layaway option too because I purchased a Gucci key holder that is on backorder on the Gucci site so I will have my bag by the time I get it!

I've had to return stuff to realreal because the description was not accurate and they took it back no problem, even though it said "final sale". so you can not change your mind and return the bag, but if it is not accurately described or other problems they will accomodate! I also dont care about dust bags or boxes, I will only be caring the bag around ;) but everyone is different :) great video!!!!

I’ve never bought pre-loved but I’ve been thinking maybe to buy a Hermès pre-love. Of course I would love the shopping experience at Hermès but it’s been on my mind to maybe shop pre-loved for that one.
Very helpful tips! I settled on a bag instead of another, I HATE IT. It's still in my closet because I haven't had the a reason to wear it yet. I am hoping it comes in handy.

I love Fashionphile too! Half of my luxury handbags came from them. Also, I recently sold them my vintage lady dior and the price they quoted was fair based on the condition of the bag.

I think that their website is the best for pictures and I also like the layaway,
