The Chelan I've recently bought has awesome seats, 2 of them in fact. I only need one in the Chelan so guess which boat I tried the other one in the other day 😁 It worked ok except the Chelan seat has a 'velcro' base attachment, so I just need to attach some loop 'velcro' to the boat and I'm golden. Like the Bluefin seat it's got an inflatable arse cushion and yes I think you're right when you said you won't inflate it so hard. I over inflated mine at first and had to let some air out for no other reason than I was sat so high I felt like I was going to fall over the side 😅 If you fancy trying that, I'm going to Yeadon Tarn on Sunday. It's small, I'm only going to play with different paddle strokes. It should be a safe place to experiment if you fancy it buddy 👍😁

Interesting as I've been looking at different cushions to sit on. As with all kayaks it's the generic seat I have.
Are they comfortable?
