So everyone has opinions. What makes this area "the best in Phuket"? That's a very bold statement. Business and real estate ethics, you really can't make statements like that. It's called "steering" the client and is illegal practice in USA. My first question with this place. What came first, the lagoons or the condos? How far down are those foundations? Is this area landfill? In light of the recent Florida condo collapse and safe building practices, these buildings look downright scary to me.
It’s true , it will be better but ! Nobody would like to loose their land possession especially government.. but even with that rules it’s pretty good and straightforward. Are you looking for a villa ?

Hi Phill , no , pool is really big and deep , believe me , you will enjoy time in that pool ! It’s 15 meters length!
And for a kids they have another pool at the bottom of the condo .
