Hello. I am from Canada and I was brought here after doing a search for Bramley apples. My Mums maiden name is Bramley and we are trying to find out if there is any connection. Her great grandfather brought Bramley trees/seeds from England to Manitoba to grow on the farm. Would love to see the tree in the summer! Thank you for posting.
We’ll be doing an update on the pruned Bramley apple in a few weeks to show it in growth so look out for that. We also chatted about you and the Bramley on our podcast that will be out on 2nd June. Martin
Thank you. If you feel like making a video on pruning a cherry blossom tree there is an ideal candidate in my garden. Seriously, when should I prune such a tree. Thanks
Members of the cherry family should be pruned when the tree is in growth to avoid silver leaf infection (a fungal disease). I normally do this after the blossom has faded. Martin

Wow. What a job. I hope that tree can now live for many years.
❤Greetings ! Thank you kindly, I'll use your demonstration to prune my little trees and bushes too. 😊
Brilliant stuff, thanks for the continued support!

Wow, that's brilliant, we've chatted a few times on our podcast about Bramleys as they come from Nottinghamshire where Martin is also from! -Sean
