I love the lesson in butchering at the beginning: very helpful. Thank You.
Informative! I learned something new!
This looks like a perfect recipe and easy enough for anyone to be able to do. Thanks for describing the different sections of meat.
This’ll help me get what I want and remember. Quick and easy is my favorite thing ‼️
I appreciate the way that you have sprinkled some basic tips throughout this video
Very classical and well done! Just what I was looking for my dinner party. Thank you and Cheers!
OK, I really like rabbit. First, the Chardonnay I bought was really good. Yee-Haw! 2nd, this recipe is really good and probably healthier for me then fried but I do prefer fried rabbit. Salt, pepper, flour and corn oil. Bam! Done and eating. The carrots were really tasty. Good job John! Thanks for expanding my world.
I just made this and it was delicious! I added curry, smoked paprika, and herbs de provence, just sprinkled... it rocked with flavor!
As a rabbit hunter this is my number one recipe
I'm going on a rabbit hunt soon, I can't wait to try out some recipes
Your video is great! I'm subscribed from now on.
EXCELENTE SALUD SIMPLEMENTE EXELENTE.
What did you do with the bit of rabbit that was at the top corner of your cutting board
Looks awesome!!
Thanks!!
I'm confused as to when the loin gets removed and goes back in. Also, I have never seen a deglazing with the food still in the pan, and without scraping.
Cood video. Congratulations! You said Jus and not AU JUS like a like of “cooks” say . Au jus means at jus ( or at sauce meaning sauce that is served on top or with something and not just the plain sauce. Jus only becomes au jus when it is used to cover or decorate a dish (normally a protein). Merci
Well done!
Just made this and it is delicious. I added liver, heart, kidney, not sure why that wasn't included in the original video. Also what is the beer pairing? How did these items get missed? I do not understand... I paired with Breakside's Wanderlust. I am in love with this beer.
I forgot to mention. Chef in video is a dork. But the recipe holds up. I respect you.
Dude stole a plate from the White House. LOL.
😂😂
That rabbit is so white after "colouring" in the pan, it looks like a clansman
Sweet ,thank you John, looks really good, fred hammer nz
i made some good rabbit with this thanks😊
This is what I was looking for, to impress my girlfriend. Thanks. Simple to follow.
You said bake it in oven at 275 degrees for about thirty minutes? Or was it 375 degrees? Thanks.
375 degrees.
GREAT VIDEO CHEF 🌟,❤️🖤💚🤎 FAMILY DAPHNE COTTON ALWAYS 💜 AWESOME BEAUTIFUL RABBIT
looks good
can it be done with out wine
Life can not be done with out wine.
Hmmmm...there were no specifics on when to remove the loin and legs and when to put them back. Unless he meant they don't need to go in the oven at all???????
😋😎
No Head, no feet, no tail... THAT could be a Freaking CAT!!!
Needed a bed of rice
without actually tasting that myself... I would assume its rather bland and boring. My granny would do the humble bunny much more justice.
In the oven right now. I'll let ya know how it is in an hour.
It's been 3 years...... we are still waiting.
@@unscarredmusic It was okay but I went back to plain flour, salt & pepper.
Hey,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,You DO NOT 'de-glaze' a pan with the ingredients still inside the pan !!! The ingredients are ALWAYS taken out of the pan before you increase the temperature and 'flash' the de-glaze into the pan !!! D Minus !!!
Hey did anyone seen that he tasted it and used the same spoon back in it,omg!!
Julia Child did it all the time
How the FXXK do I get rabbit like this a store .

In the USA rabbit is usually available at a REAL butcher shop. And it is not cheap, usually $25 - $35 per frozen rabbit , on up to $55 at the weekly Farmers Market is what I have seen .
Sees oils are terrible
Can't suck the spoon then use it to serve the first family chef.
He doesn't serve the first family anymore.
Looks bland
