In this video, I discuss how farmers with small land holdings can increase their profits and income through agriculture. I start by explaining what constitutes a small land holding in India, which is typically 2 to 2.5 acres, compared to much larger farms in countries like the US or Canada.
I then share five key strategies that farmers can use to maximize their profits on small plots. I begin by talking about greenhouse or net house farming, which can significantly increase crop yields in the same land area. I use the example of cucumber farming to illustrate how greenhouse cultivation can boost production and income.
Next, I discuss the potential of growing high-value crop varieties like ginger, garlic, turmeric, blueberries, and ornamental flowers. These crops can fetch better prices in the market, increasing overall revenue.
I then explain the concept of integrated farming, where farmers combine different agricultural activities on the same land. I use the example of Akshay Kalpa Farms to show how a farmer can earn 1 to 1.5 lakhs per month by integrating activities like dairy farming, biogas production, beekeeping, and poultry alongside crop cultivation.
I also talk about the benefits of joining or starting a Farmer Producer Organization (FPO). I explain how FPOs can help farmers reduce costs, improve market reach, access credit more easily, and potentially add processing facilities as an additional revenue source.
Lastly, I discuss the advantages of crop diversification and intercropping. I explain how these practices can reduce risk, improve pest management, and potentially increase yields and profits.
Throughout the video, I emphasize the importance of considering factors like soil and water quality, climate conditions, and financial resources before implementing any of these strategies. I conclude by summarizing the key points and encouraging farmers to view agriculture as a business and put in the necessary hard work to succeed.

1. Competative Rates milenge commodities ko, Aur India me APMC me Wholesalers Oligopoly create karte he.
2. Timely Credit facility milegi Banks se.
Bankers in India are not giving loans to small farmers as they work on target basis in monthly cycle. They give loan to Big farmers , who files ITR, Who has urban property for collateral & Agriculture allied sectors etc Hence the amount of Farmers benefitted by the credit facility are limited percentage. And money allocated for farming sector by the banks goes into another sectors and benefits that sector.
FPO's/FPC's are taxable by the government where individual farmer is not.
Make a video with those Farmers who are using these methods and are very experienced. We are waiting for more videos like these, and Your videos are so Informative and more knowledgeable
bhai ji its easy to say you get average price around rs.12 /kg for cucumber.But in small town mandi you dont get these rates . Sometimes there is so much supply you even have to sell it for rs.3-4/kg. and cost of production is very high , pesticides, labor , transport, equipments are very costly .
heere 50RS + per kg
In delhi only 6 per kg even for organic same or 7 per lg

Poly house farming for Ginger and Turmeric . Pl do a video . These crops have good shelf life and sales is not a challenge . They are also resistant to diseases also . Plus both are medicinal plants

Abhinav, I am going to start integrated farming, I am just a biginner, constructing a farm house now, will start with goat, cattle, chicken, already have few dragon plants of 300 posts, banana, areca nut plants, wanna do multiple cropping, but how can conserve water in my pond, one stream is there near the pond, but my land is a sandy and rocky land, please give me advice on technical support for water harvesting management.

Brother if possible make a video on mecademia nut 🌰 farming please, am requesting you because this is a high value crop but only private nursery are selling its seeds or plants that too at high rates. Problem is it's a foreign plant now available in India and verfied seed provider/sapling grafted are not sure about it. So if possible can you through some light on this topic. Another reason for asking this is I have seen two three podcast of your where some highly extraordinary tycoons have come and pueted many great philosophy of starting nursery etc etc bla bla but have never said a word about what would that end farmer do with it. Anyways brother I don't blame you or your good work but after that very harsh rud but real comment by somebody that... "Bhai tu beer biceps ki first copy lag raha hai... Thoda simple rakh 😅".......
