Because I was stupid and added a 20 minute dumbbell workout to the beginning of the workout, I could not finish the ab amrap. Don’t be fooled by the time, this packs an hour’s worth into 40 mins. I won’t doubt again. Thanks Penny 💪🏾

You are my go-to girl for a great workout first thing in the morning! May I suggest that you add a little sound bite between sets? When I'm in the zone I don't realize that you've switched to another style exercise.
Well AMRAP circuit #2 was fun! 🥵 Helloooo shoulders! This was another winner! I'm getting out of my head with the AMRAP's! Taking it at my own pace! That is key! Thank you once again for all u do!! 💪♥️
With this style I notice that legs are my kryptonite 🤣🤣 I was at the same pace with you on the arms, cardio, core exercises but the leg rounds... noooope lol thanks for this workouts, Penny!
Hello Penny! I did this one this morning at 6:15am! Another challenging workout! I definitely didn't go as fast as you! Only AMRAP 3 was a breather with Skaters! Loved this workout so much! Thank you so much always Penny! You are so amazing! Have a fantastic day!
Wow! I've never done these before until the last one you posted a few weeks ago and now this one. They are tough, but definitely my favorite! I love the challenge to keep up with you/challenge myself! It's 5 minutes of quick non-stop work! 🥵😁 So good!
Great workout, I really like the style of it just one suggestion... I often found myself lost, it would help if you had a bell 🔔 sound when changing to another exercise I like to focus on what I'm doing so I don't look at my phone that much. But overall I had a great workout. 👍🏻

I prefer to do all ten every time even if I go out of synch with you, since I'm obviously slower than your super speed :).
