I love him! He is great and he is humble. He has to be one of the best legends to return and actually do more in the ring. The guys in AEW are doing a great job keeping him safe.
When my late first wife & I became sweethearts, I was 16 and a huge wrestling fan. She decided if she was going to have to watch it, she needed a wrestler to cheer for. That was Sting! I'm 52 now, so just an idea how long the Stinger has been entertaining his fans. Great talent & super nice guy!
He's the 1st person on my Mt Rushmore. Absolute legend of wrestling and I love what AEW are letting him do, even Darby said at Comic Con it's all Sting, he needs no encouragement.
sting has good genetics and a fantastic mind no one has looked as good as him at his age. he still looks as good as ever man insane. and this guy is so intelligent and charismatic. one of the goats
For those who understand the business, he shouldn’t be up there. Top 4? No. He simply was not that huge of a draw. He didn’t pack arenas, sell merchandise, and get huge ppv buy rates like Hogan, Stone Cold, Ric Flair, The Rock, or John Cena. He did not sell out arenas and house shows like Bruno Sammartino did. Bruno has the record for most sellouts of MSG at 197.
@@brianezell5790 and neither was Flair, but most people, including pro wrestlers, put him up there. Look, favorites are subjective. Sting my all-time favorite guy. He's on MY Mount Rushmore. I'm not conceited or arrogant enough to claim my list is the definitive list of all-time greats, just mine.
Man, I loved watching him on WCW; made my night seeing him appear and do his mysterious thing. Humble dude, awesome person and I'm so glad he is continuing to do what he loves and appreciates his fans so much.
Very surprised Wcw man himself had the rock and stone cold in his mt rushmore list. Direct competitors to himself. Albeit they exploded a couple years after the monday night wars. Sting has always seemd like a class act
I am so glad to see Sting doing well and staying healthy. His old partner The Ultimate Warrior (James Hellwig) is no longer with us. To think they were together in 1985-86 and I watched them live on T.V. is crazy! Been a long time and I am happy to see this legend (Sting) still doing it up!
Seeing the list of wrestling superstars he inspired to become wrestlers, I would definitely place him in the top 3. Sting is a very humble man but also knows his worth.
Fandoms are weird. Sting has been my favorite since I was a teenager. If I told him that, it would be just another person saying it. But seriousy, every Monday for my entire life, wrestling. And he was the one I wanted to see the most. It's hard for a celebrity to grasp the concept of what they have meant to your life. I may also never meet him, but he hears it from others daily, so you know yours wouldnt be completely understood or impactful. Weird stuff.
I'm going with Hulk Hogan, Stone cold, Undertaker, and Mick Foley only because The Rock transcended Wrestling to be on the Rushmore of Action Heroes in cinema. The four horsemen should have their own mountain for bringing wrestling to the mainstream
IT'S STIIIIIIING!
WHAT A LEGEND!
Sting is crazy, That was a wild dive at the start of that match
Sting is dope, it's amazing how a 60 year old guy is relevant, fun and still so good. AEW is using him really well, and he is doing a great job
And his voice hasn’t aged since the 80’s.
@@num1Jaysta very true.
@@num1Jaysta yes doesnt sound like a 60 year old man
Have you guys seen Sylvester Stallone?

Sting is Mount Rushmore for sure
I would argue his resurgence is an all time comeback in wrestling history...

Sting is such a class act. Loved this guy 35 years ago and still do!
Sting is a legendary performer and an icon of pro-wrestling.
If there is a wrestler that young wrestlers coming up should look up to…this is the man!
He's the 1st person on my Mt Rushmore. Absolute legend of wrestling and I love what AEW are letting him do, even Darby said at Comic Con it's all Sting, he needs no encouragement.
63 years of age! Wow that is impressive
Sting always humble, favorite of all time

Epic. What a Real Dude.
63 years old and still going strong, respect.
Freakin Legend 💯
Sting coming down from the rafters was so awesome
One of the hall of fames and the greatest intro man ever was in this sport.
Sting (the Icon) should be on every true wrestling fan's "Mount Rushmore"
Sadly, he doesn't get nearly the amount of love that he deserves.
I love the song Roxanne the guy is truly talented

One of my favorite if not my favorite of all
Sting had his best days in TNA but it’s cool to see him doing AEW
Rushmore on point Sting! Schmo south side of Chicago, you da pro
My favorite of all time.
Sting, Chris Jericho, Bret Hart, Steve Austin
Very surprised Wcw man himself had the rock and stone cold in his mt rushmore list. Direct competitors to himself. Albeit they exploded a couple years after the monday night wars. Sting has always seemd like a class act
I figured he'd pick Hogan and Flair because he wrestled them so much, but I didn't really expect him to pick Rock and Austin.
My mother let me stay up late n watch WCW when I was 6, just because she had a crush on sting haha.
YESSSSSSS! LEGEND! CONGRATS SCHMOE! THIS IS MAGICAL! 😎👍
Sting chose Hulk Hogan, Ric Flair, The Rock and Stone Cold. Sting is the damn Mount Rushmore he is still killing it now at 60plus. Sting is the best.
Sting is a goat as well man
Living Legend
looks great for a 63 year old period amazing for a pro wrestler.
Stings in my mt. Rushmore. Im sure hes in alot of peoples. I started off with sting being my fav wrestler before the stone cold/rock era
Fucking legend!
Pro. Legend. Icon. STING!

I was a fan of sting as a kid when he had a flat top and wore brighter face paint

Love ya Sting, my Icon, thank you for being with me since I was 5 (I'm 39 & you've always been my #1)
GOAT
He put stone cold steve Austin in his mt Rushmore and that's the bottom line
He sounds super smart tbh
What a worker sting like. Brute Bernard and Blackjack mulligan at that age still performing unbelievable 😊
I bet if he had that match with Undertaker he would have included Taker on his Mount Rushmore.
Stinger is here, 26 world championships :-)
sting is an absolute legend. may not make top 4 wrestlers ever but arguably top 10 of all-time.
Seeing the list of wrestling superstars he inspired to become wrestlers, I would definitely place him in the top 3. Sting is a very humble man but also knows his worth.
Yeah he's top 10 for sure.
Top 3 no debate my #1 80s the star of the entire 90s decades...did very good in 2000s and 10s...returns in 20s...insane
Chael is the goat of mma boxing and wwe that's all.
That’s not disputable!
I remember when Chael slammed Andre at Wrestlemania.
The REAL Champion of the world! Sting would beat the shit out of Izzy
"STINGS WHY I'M A PRO WRESTLING FAN IT'S SHOWTIME FOLKS Woooooooo THE ONE THING FOR SURE ABOUT STING IS NOTHINGS FOR SURE" 🦂 🦂 🦂 🦂
We need a Miz and Schmo interview!
Sting's Greatest era imo was 96 - 99
And yet he sounds like a young 25 years old 😊.
1:07 Mt. Rushmore question
Sting is on my Mt. Rushmore for sure
Hogan, Flair, The ROck and Stone Cold. What a list and very humble. That rushmore needs about another 4 more heads on it!

Andre, Hulk, Nature Boy, Macho
he gave the perfect mount rushmore. The peak of what an individual wrestler could strive to be!
