Someone needs to step in and check Kyle....he's a brilliant coach in many respects, but like far too many people in power that get too much praise, he's incapable of change now and he's ruining the team. I about lost my mind yesterday when, on the 1st two Cardinals' offensive plays, Campbell gets burned for an easy catch, then Campbell takes a horrible angle at the QB and gives up an easy TD. EVERYONE saw how much of a vulnerability Campbell was.....EVERYONE mentioned that they should go in a different direction, but they stand their ground and Campbell is burned time and time again! And, on offense, Kyle has become enamored with the deep passing game......we either throw the ball 15+ yrds downfield, or it's a screen. That works only up until we get in the red zone, which is why we can't get TDs. We have no quick slants, no shallow crosses, no quick outs, etc., which is what every other team uses to score in the red zone. It doesn't make any damn sense....Brock is crazy accurate and between BA's length and Jennings' hands, those quick crosses/slants/outs should be money in the red zone. Kyle needs to get out of his own damn way.

Yes Kyle is a good coach but not great or brilliant, he is horrible at making adjustments and blames his players or missed plays for the losses, dude never takes any responsibility for the team losses. Kyle has got to go!

The term brilliant and genius is thrown around way too much. A brilliant head coach in my eyes is bill walsh, bill belicheck, Vince Lombardi, don shula. Guys who were innovators or genuine masterminds. Kyle is the most praised coach I’ve ever seen for doing less with more

Mason may fumble but if you recall CMC fumbled in the red zone three times last year (that I recall) and one of those was in the superbowl which could have made the difference in winning it all. The one in Minnesota was a momentum killer.
Better pass protection is needed. The pressures on the qb need to be cut. Draft some help for the offensive line. In the trenches is where football games are won and lost. They are a teams unsung heris!

You guys are talking in circles a bit. You can’t just say that you can’t replace the coach because “we” as fans don’t have a better solution, and then read off a laundry list of his deficiencies which have remained unchanged throughout his career. It’s ownership’s/management’s job to find us the right coach. That’s not my job as a fan. If we have lousy seasons while looking for the right coach, I’m ok with that. Why the hell am I a fan if I don’t expect them to win the Super Bowl? If it’s a forgone conclusion they won’t win the Super Bowl (because of the coach), then what is the point? I’d much prefer the unknown (even with mediocrity being a high probability) than a forgone outcome. If Kyle was going to win the Super Bowl with this team, he’d of done it by now.

Players make mistakes and get hurt, in every game. But a coach has to be willing to help. Kyle refuses.
6 blown 4th quarter leads since 2017 by... Kyle... Most in the league.
Mason is 2nd rusher in league, averaging 6.4 ypc against 30th ranked defense who gives up 140+ yards per game... And Kyle decides that we are no longer a run first team and he's willing to lose multiple games to prove it. Team wasn't built for that, doesn't have the personnel for it, doesn't draft for it, yet Kyle THE GENIUS is willing to lose games to show he can, only to prove we aren't a pass first team.
Kyle is the source of ALL problems on this team. Trade BA now and Kyle at end of year. The most talented team in the league for years now can't win and now they act all tough and godly when they beat a bad patriots team. That's pathetic, then they go lose to one of the worst teams in the league.
