IMO Sounds like the Bsox involvement when they took a vacation immediately after Sebastian missing up to Alaska. You have to travel through Canada to reach Alaska. But there are many points of entrance with our Northern states. Including New York entrance to Canada. Remember, there was a single footprint found at the Retention Pond by the Construction Sight. When the K9 picked up Sebastian's scent and jumped into the Retention Pond, the single footprint was found. I wonder if this is where the footprint came from. Or matched this new footprint? There are relatives in Oregon for the Pfoot/Bsox. Or they own land up in Oregon. I had looked up info on Pfoot through a paid search program and it showed an Oregon address but the address was blurred out as if it was sealed.

I'm in WA State which also borders Canada. During the late Summer I saw a couple pushing a boy in a wheelchair type roller approximately 15 years of age. I live in a small community where pretty much everyone knows everyone or at least if you are a passer by would acknowledge someone if they waved at you or say hello back. I cannot confirm it was possibly Sebastian but it looked enough like Sebastian to consider it could be him. I got zero reply from the couple as they walked down East Harbor Rd with a child in a wheelchair. Sebastian was NOT wearing eyeglasses at all. His hair was not blonde but more brownish as if he hadn't been out doors much. Why they would be walking such a long road? The intersection I saw them at was Layton and East Harbor Rd traveling down East Harbor Rd. I do very much realize other people look similar to the missing Sebastian and I too considered this. I have vigilantly continued to keep watch of this area and have not seen the couple or the boy again. I considered this couple may have used our local free bus to get to this town but WHY didn't they have a Vehicle of their own and why were they walking down a rather long and somewhat desolate Rd? Driving distance to Canada from Whidbey Island is only 136 miles a short distance compared to traveling across country from Hendersonville Tennessee. I have followed this case since day one and I do Profile many cases. This couple stood out to me because I did see a similar looking couple on Video about this case earlier that Summer. Our local medical services would know if they had a case of a crippled teenager who was or is an actual resident here. I don't have access to such information but FBI certainly could ascertain whether or Not it is a viable lead. This current information you are providing now has me second guessing this case that Sebastian may very well be alive, however finding out now that March of this past year to Oregon May now lead to this Island. It's hard to remain focused on this case with all its twists and turns. Best of luck if this proves to be a viable lead.

Very early on there was a sighting of a what appeared to be a young man pacing & confused on video surveillance, but it was stated not to be Sebastian. Does anyone remember what state that sighting was in? And what News channel?
