I've tried the VAS clubs before. They are weird looking but work well. I was Blessed by my Aunt, Uncle, and cousin last week with a gift card for my Scotty Cameron Special Newport Select! Oh my WOW, it is awesome! Keep up the great work guys!!
You know I do love golf and I do like the content but every time I watch you guys it’s unbelievable how much time you spend together and how much you all are always on the same page and get along so well The love between you always amazing and it’s so hard to find someone that has so much in common with yourself keep up the good work thanks for the videos
Jon, you were absolutely giddy when you spotted those Cleveland’s! I LOVE your reactions to Grail! And, it’s fun to see how you react, as you’re being increasingly recognized, as you’re out and about. You’re so accommodating to people! I love watching and I wish you continued success!
Hi folks, Just found you today but I watched this video and now I am a new fan. I have always wanted to learn to play, but because of working full time the last 37 years, I just never got there. I love your attitudes and your videos!! Thanx for the fun!
I must say every video is always exciting. We just never know how fun or funny its going to be. You guys need to show your golf warehouse. Best fun couple on youtube.
Nature. Always fun when you point out amazing creatures. You always seem to find some amazing clubs. People seem to be so comfortable around you. And love this channel as we do. ⛳️⛳️
I can't explain why, but this is probably way up there on most enjoyable Stacked Golf vids for me. Just really awesome and chill and so much enjoyable stuff. Thanks guys! Already having a good day and you just make it even better with your content.
Just found a almost full set of practicality new irons at the goodwill this weekend. Original grips are surprisingly still in good shape. Super hyped to give these a try just for the fun of it. Hope to see more of the VAS!!
I had a set of the VAS and they were great. A golf buddy of mine also played them. I sold mine to my brother in law and he still talks to me so that is all good. Enjoy!
John.......I bought my sister a used set of VAS ....20+ yrs ago........ and she still knocks the hell out of them and she's 77 now !! Ashley should be perfect for them !!!
I played VAS 4-LW irons for years. My Dad bought the set in ‘94/‘95 ish. I played em from 2001 till 2021, until i got the Nicklaus Iron Max irons from you guys! I recently changed to Orlimar Intercept SL irons… it’s amazing how different my game has gotten since i quit using the VAS irons, lol
I think all of us on this channel are "golf nerds"! Living the dream through you two! Fun second video from Webster with all your interesting finds plus seeing you play the clubs, too! That blonde driver was incredibly straight.... awesome! Love the channel!
I tried those clubs out back in the day and they were the weirdest clubs ever. I went with getting fitted for a set of Zevo irons, played them for 10 years. George in Montana.
I was working at a Pro Shop when Corey Pavin won playing those VAS clubs. We were a Cleveland Dealer, so of course we had them, they even gave us a Demo set. I don't think we ever sold a set! One of the guys at the store took the demo set out, and he couldn't hit them. They were too short for me...although I did try the 3 wood...but although I hit it straight, it didn't go anywhere! I hit my 13° Yonex ADX pretty much the same distance all the time, 260-265 yards. All I can say is Good luck with those VAS irons!!
Ash when that bug landed on your nose it was one of the cutest things I’ve ever seen on UA-cam! And those clubs are the opposite of course but I started golf around that time and I actually lusted after those for a bit, but I came to my senses. Great show guys blessings!
Congratulations don't know who is the luckiest the new wife or the dog but you make a lovely family my local club is branshaw oakworth Simon jowitt was the professional when I started a lovely chap .my grandfather was geenkeper at St Ives many years ago that's when they cut greens with a hand mower.
These were my first set of good irons when they first came out. Prior to that, I played really cheap irons. I played lcg (low center of gravity) for about 13 years. Great irons for mid to high handicapper. Ended up replacing them several years ago. I still have them ....my son can have them if he ever takes up the sport. Hopefully you found the ones with the steel rifle shafts
I just found your channel. I love playing golf. Such a fun channel. New Subscriber. I taught my wife how to play golf and now she beats me. LOL. Keep up the awesome videos and A big thumbs up my new friends.
Fun video - nice to see you’re getting noticed out there! I was surprised though, that the world’s greatest putter wasn’t the designated putter during your “round”!

Just tried DoleWhip for the first time last week, and I must say it was delicious! Also, found a set of Nike Machspeed irons in near perfect shape for $150 the other day. Can't wait to try them out!
Great seeing you guys thrift. Even Rick Shiels gets a mention!!! Unfortunately we don't have these kind of flea market and thrift stores in the UK. Great knowledge. Well done both!!!
I love the cleveland Vas clubs. Found the irons at a flea market in terrible shape and the guy wanted $300. No woods. Also hit the Blonde Pings again. My favorite as a beginner.
Wish I still had my original VAS irons talk about straight and spin.....I could spin a 7 iron back 6 feet from 155 .....wow what a feeling mine were x-stiff should have been regulars. Great thing was I bought at a pro shop for $325 new 3-pw. Oh for prices like that again!!!
Had to laugh when you were walking towards the Cleveland VAS clubs that you walked past a set of vintage snowshoes for sale by the same vendor. Living in Canada, that is not an uncommon site at the occasional yard sale or antique store, but thought it was funny to see them in Florida 😂
My best friend bought the 1st gen Vas iron set the same year I got my ISI K PING set. He's on his 4th new set I'm still using my PING's. That offset messed up his swing until a few years ago.
Hey guys, love your videos!! Being a Nike brand fan, do you know if these are any good? Nike Victory Red Golf Forged irons Left VR. I saw a full set of irons and was wondering what you thought.
Hey there! Fellow hoosier here, I'm going to be in that neck of the woods this weekend and was wondering the best place to find some used lefty clubs. It is not easy finding lefty stuff where I'm at, let alone decently priced lefty stuff. Any stores in particular I should seek out?
Hi John just wondering if you have done "What's in the Bag" Vlog? Or have you done a vlog on the best second hand clubs to put in your bag - the older stuff that can still go with the new stuff out there
This makes me feel both better and worse about my purchase, lol. I got a set of Cleveland VAS for 150, 2-PW, with some cool woods. It was owned by Bill Bixby, which is pretty cool
I bought the Cleveland VAS irons brand new back in the '90's and still use them today! I've never found anything I like better!
