Excellent, I was flabbergasted by the behaviour of Siberian people. Quite stark difference if one compares with materialistic western Europe! Nobody has any spare time there with people like us! Russia is such a big country with so much spare space, why they construct pigeon hole like Alex-Marina's apartment is a big question. You went to the core of their hearts is laudable, commendable that others could not make (so far as my knowledge is concerned)!
Pradip Kumar Shome, these apartments were built in the 60s-70s to resettle people from slums. Soviets have such apartments to people for free.
