If an investigation was currently ongoing it would take minimum 2 years to collect the amount of evidence to properly arrest and charge because of the multiple people involved and affected, RICO would be the primary charge but they could also sprinkle conspiracy and some weapons charges cuz those firearms were probably purchased illegally. The actual Feds purposefully want you to continue to commit more crimes in order to stack more charges that not only you get convicted and sentenced but pay restitution. It would be a joint task force at the local, state and federal level.

Agent, if $15k leaves your account and you get it back within 2-3 weeks, then you were a victim of the wire fraud scam most likely. Which means unless your info has been changed they may still have access to your bank account. They may even have cloned your info onto another card. People like Dev and his crew are walking around with like 15+ cards between them. They show it on his channel. Just because you're not actively being scammed does not mean your account is safe.

I'd tell em what a skimmer is and basically tell them to try and wiggle the cars reader at gas pumps and ATM's and tell them basically that those card readers are supposed to be super solid and have little to no play and that if they wiggled it and it moved at all to report a possible skimmer to the store and use a different one
