@MUFC it’s called football not soccer. Especially since you’ve got Man United, an English premier league football team, as your name. Also known as Manchester United football club. Good luck with your football team but America is way off in terms of talent compared to Europe and even mexico or Canada but if more kids get into it you never know where you could be. I've had this mindset since High School and that's the reason I beat a top team with scared teammates. When they saw my confidence it elevated my game.

However you can be nervous because no matter how good you are you can mess up. That's not so bad as long as you learn from it. Sterner called the "Practicing Mind" Easy Reading or better yet, get the audio. Simply, Short, Small and Slow are the 4 principles of his work. And it is highly effective. I promise, nothing about this will ever not have been worth it!
