Also u can't enter BRD in a raid group so only 5 people can get in without the attunement and everyone else needs it. If everyone runs in through BRD in parties of 5 they end up in different raid ID's.

You don't need the attunement. You can run in through BRD. Attunement just makes it a lot more convenient.
