BSV is checking attitude of employee regard to safety during doing task in the work .the auditor is notice employee during making task & after that the auditor speak with employee & ask him about how is doing task and if doing wrong regard to safety the auditor push employee to correct him self & take commitment from employee to correct the wrong behaviour

In my previous company Air Liquid company , we are using BBS, and when i moved to another company called gulf cryo we used the abbrivation BSV,
The aim is not the what is the name of the process BSV or BBS, the aim is to direct your mind that you are doing positive actions and proactive indicators , and you should record it in terms of leading indicators,
