What other Easter Eggs did you find? Here's a few I noticed on 2nd viewing:
1. At the table fo First Order officers (callback to the Death Star in ANH) one of the officers calls the Force "Simple conjuring nonsense," a callback to the Imperial officer who insulted Vader.
2. There are only 2 Sith wayfinders, just like there are always only 2 Sith at a time.
3. There's a Sullustan with thee Resistance that could Nein Nunb, Lando's co-pilot from from Return of the Jedi.
4. Can not BELIEVE I missed Denis Lawson returning as Wedge Antilles the first time around. Good to see Uncle Denis!
5. They kind of reveal that Finn is Force sensitive. He has "feelings" throughout the movie, and feels Rey die. This is like the revelation that Leia has powers in ROTJ.
6. Finn calls Luke's X-Wing Red 5, his designation.
7. The ship above Endor is split in two, like it was attacked with a Holdo manuever.
8. A character named Rose Tico has a cameo in this movie. She was a main character in The Last Jedi.
9. Palpatine has yellow eyes once his body is restored. He had yellow eyes originally, and so did Darths Vader and Maul.
10. Jedi always customize their lightsabers. Rey's is covered with straps like her bo staff.
11. Rey's lightsaber is yellow, probably so Disney could sell toys.
12. Not really an Easter Egg, but it's ironic that Ben used the good side of the Force to keep Rey from dying. So Anakin turned for no reason.
what a damn shame about that rose tico character ;)
Lmao so glad rose wasn’t a big role here
Isnt it yellow because she is a Grey Jedi?
In the novelizantion due to March will explain that Leia was connected with Ben and she “gave” him the power to heal Rey, that’s why both mother and son “disappears” together
ScreenCrush I think (as well as selling products) the yellow light saber represents balance not blue not red, bet even and equal.
Ya missed the biggest one: Ben completes what Anakin couldn't - saving someone he loved from dying.
Bro yes
Yea your right but i hated that. Fuck reylo. Damn she really looked dead .
except his father
@@stevenleal3991 reylo is cool open your mind to it. Also, anikan was never really the chosen one they mention how the prophecy is probably wrong in revenge of the sith
@@jeffminn5251 damn good point in revenge of the sith Ben said YOU WERE as in your not anymore, Good point. Never thought of it like that. You know the more I think about it the more I think ben got her pregnant while placing his hand in her belly too bring her back to life. No comment on reylo I yelled no when it happened and im sticking too it.
“You were a spice runner?”
“You were a Storm Trooper, You were a scavenger?”
“Get your spice!”
PancakeHouse 16 one of the best parts in the movie
"We could do this all day"
Nice nod to Dune
Captain America: I can do this all day.
I loved that moment
Biggest easter egg for me was Ben running around with a blaster like his dad and blindly shooting the stormtrooper ...
@Raymond Yuill Underrated comment, a force sensitive stormtrooper, a bounty hunter stormtrooper or he wasn't pointing at them we will never know the true.
My wife pointed that out to me and after several videos I was starting to think we were the only ones who had noticed this
@Raymond Yuill the trooper probably aimed at the ceiling, then accidentally hit poe
He ran exactly like him
C3PO’s last line is “did you hear that?” That’s also the first line of the whole franchise
Omg you're right i just noticed that too

Anakin : doesn’t like sand
Rey: Buries his lightsaber in sand
Ryan Gabbert Anakin: Am I a joke to you?
Good spot.....
That must have been something JJ borrowed from Rian Johnson’s book of ideas.
The sequel trilogy tried to make you think that was Luke's lightsaber and ignored the fact that Luke built his own inspired after Obi Wan's.

Disney: How many ships do you want JJ?
JJ Abrams: Yes.
At the end of the movie you can see Rey staring at the two RISING suns while in a new hope look was staring at the two SETTING suns. This shows that the end is just the beginning
Also the suns are overlapping, making them look like BB-8.

How can you tell the suns were rising? From memory it seems like the position and direction of the scene were the same as Luke in A New Hope. Also, if the suns were rising, doesn't that mean that the entire previous scenes with Rey visiting Luke's home and burying the lightsabers would have been in the dark?
Poe: It’s over, nobody is coming.
Zorii Bliss: On your left.
They fly now?
Assemble.
They fly now;)
that one shot of * everyone in the whole freakin' galaxy* arriving to battle the final order as opposed to no one is one of the many things this film did to correct the mistakes of the Last Jedi. I liked this film.
I was sure phasma would be brought back just so someone in Star Wars would actually have a legit reason for wearing "apparatus"
Anyone else notice Kylo Ren’s no look shot that was a copy of Han Solo’s shot in the Force Awakens?
Heath Broussard or the solo shrug when he gets the saber
Or the slide across the hallway
ben dover kylo/ben’s attitude replicates Han Solo a lot in this movie, and this was probably intentional to link Ben to his real self - Ben Solo, not Kylo Ren.
One thing I think you missed is when Rey heals Bens lightsaber wound the scar on his face also goes away. This kinda hints at a new beginning
Liam Dick oooooh I missed that! Oh no, now I have to go and see the movie again, what a shame...
Is that so?!! If it is then that’s great detail on jjs part! I’ll have to rewatch!!
Bisho Khan ya I had to watch it a second time to notice

Exacly. I first noticed it moments before Ben dying😢
What about Palpatine literally saying “Do it” again?

Lol good 1.
If they had Luke, Leah, Anakin and Ben at the end scene in Tatooine, it would’ve been complete.
Victor Caparros too true
I was hoping for that as well. Heaven knows they have enough digital images of them when they were young to accomplish it.
I felt the twins were enough. (but secretly wanted Anakin and Padme)
yeah i was pissed they ain't do that
The reason why they only showed the twins is because they were trying to show that Luke Skywalker and Princess Leia were more of reys parents/mentors than her own parents were because her parent sacrificed their selves to keep Rey alive when later she would meet Luke and Leia who would become her mentors and in the end when she chose to be a Skywalker not a Palpatine she was choosing Luke and Leia instead of her own parents in which her father being Palpatine.
Are we going to ignore the fact that Rey’s yellow lightsaber indicates she is a sentinel Jedi? This was described in great detail in KOTOR and Jedi Knight games. What’s even better is that Rey personality, skills, and actions are perfectly aligned to sentinels.
I'm not familiar with the games. Details?
Magaly Wing
Neutral jedi I believe
Magaly Wing A Jedi Sentinel is a branch of a Jedi just like a Consular or Guardian. A Sentinel is good enough at dueling and has strong knowledge of previous Jedi and a strong user of the force. A Consular is more of the study of the force, and not a really good duelist- Jedi Consular users are not very common but if a Star Wars character most resembles them, then I would say Yoda, since he is very strong with the force. Yoda although did have a very good duel against Darth Sidious in Revenge of the Sith, but in the Clone Wars duel he pretty much only used the force. A Jedi Guardian is a really good duelist but not a great force user, kind of like Qui Gon Jinn, Anakin Skywalker, or Mace Windu. I hope that sums it up for you!
Definitely ,although I believe Qui-Gon Jinn was a Consular as well (he had a green lightsaber and was far more into diplomacy than a younger, brasher Obi-Wan in Ep. 1) rather than a Guardian.
I can see you are a person of culture...
Plot points are not easter eggs, guys.
Thank You. I do not see how, "Character Say's something" is an Easter Egg.
Its probably because the movies to much of a mess to pay attention to
Facts
Exactly. People these days don't know what an easter egg is anymore.
The easter egg would be what that plot point refers to, would it not?
Rey: *arrives to meet Palpatine*
Palpatine: “Ahh my granddaughter, have you heard the Tragedy of Darth Plagueis the Wise?”
Darth Maul I was really waiting for that
I thought not.
"Grandpa, you tell this story every year" *rolls eyes*
@Stellvia Hoenheim eyr and yre too, and ery
Darth Maul I was waiting for: I AM YOUR GRANDFATHER
Not really an easter egg, but something I haven't seen mentioned elsewhere: We've established the strong implication in the film that Finn is force-sensitive, but there's a subtler suggestion that goes along with this: That Finn is destined to be Rey's first padawan (as Leia was to Luke), and that that may even be the ultimate reason the Force brought them together to begin with.
Love this.
I love that idea! 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
Watch Finn be one of those force sensitive kids that were on the holocron from Jedi: Fallen Order.
@@KalistareProductions I doubt it. Finn wasn't even born.
@@Xerxes2005 True, but then again Jedi are also known for sometimes seeing the future. So maybe, maybe not. Idk

Kylo Ren’s helmet is fixed in a style reminiscent of kintsugi, a Japanese art that puts back together cracked or fractured pottery with different materials, particularly gold, the philosophy is that nothing is ever truly broken, and can in fact take on beauty in its repaired form, a kind of fitting analogy for Ben Solo, I think, and since most of the helmets and masks in the Star Wars series have some inspiration in Samurai armour, it is fitting in that sense too.
indeed! I thought of Kintsugi too!
Kylo ren has a fencing mask. The movies suck. Dont make it sound fancy and cool.

HUGE ONE THAT I HAVE YET TO SEE MENTIONED IN A SINGLE VIDEO: in the Death Star II throne room scene, Rey and Kylo's lightsaber battle begins with Kylo dodging all of Rey's blows by doing exactly the same steps that Luke made when dodging Kylo's blows in TLJ.
I like that
JJ missed a trick with Jar Jar not being on the transporter that Rey destroyed. The one loose end that wasn’t tied up.
Didn't you see Jar Jar in a 'jar' in the emperors palace dungeon?
His fate is defined in the books already though
Yeah I was gonna say he's probably long dead by episode 9

Billie Lourd (Lt Connix) was dressed like Leia at the end of Return of the Jedi during the final battle, camo poncho and a single braid encircling a bun on top of her head.
Nice
It was so nice Billie got to be on screen one last time with her
The opening line in a new hope is C3P0 saying “did you hear that” it is also his last line in the franchise as Rey returns to reunite with her friends.
My favorite was Wedge being among the fighters that arrived at the end for the rebels. He's the most important tertiary character in the whole series, and I'm glad they brought him back.
Shooting up enemies in the falcon no less.
Stormtrooper: "This one is locked. Move on to the next one." Also in the Mos Eisley scene in A New Hope.
Luke saying: "That's no way to treat a Lightsaber" could be a jab between directors.
it's a nod to Obi-wan telling Anakin the same thing.
@@magnusnilsson9792 but also a jab
i teared up during this moment, we deserved it
5 minutes of what the last Jedi should have been.
Ruben Guzman we know it is a jab at Ryan Johnson because Rae then says she is going to hide just like Luke did. And then Luke replies “that was a bad idea” in a very snarky tone.
It is hilarious!
Palpatine repeated his classic "Do it" line to Rey, as he once said to Anakin on Episode III
Dew it !
André Tito Do it strike me down
Yeah I was so glad he repeats his “DEWIT” and “Goooooood” lines

You left out the quick cameo by Wedge Antilles.
I was half expecting that old lady at the end to introduce herself as Shmi Skywalker as an end of story twist.
Jackson Fortune wut
But Shmi is dead and she had no Force in her.
Guys if anything she is the lady who first talked to anakin when he was little about a sandstorm if you think about it? No?
Lady: Who are you?
Rey: I'm Rey Skywalker
Lady: Well I'm Shmi Skywalker and I don't know who the fuck you are!
Lando: “Hey, Poe, on your left...”
C3PO’s last line was the same as his first line in a new hope. “Did you hear that?”
JJ Abrams says that what Finn wanted to tell Rey was that he was Force-sensitive. Remember when we all wondered about that way back when Return of the Jedi came out? It's nice to have it confirmed.
ZCS Dave me too
Remember what?
@@alphawolf8363 When Finn, Rey, and Poe seemed like they were about to die in the sand pit, Finn said (paraphrasing), "Rey, there's something I've been meaning to tell you" - and a lot of fans speculated that what he'd meant to tell her was that he loved her.
@@Karin_Allen oh i was confused when you mentioned returning of the jedi
@@alphawolf8363 Oh, now I remember what I was talking about! When Return of the Jedi came out, people wondered then if Finn was Force-sensitive because he managed to hold his own against Kylo Ren for a little while.
I think Lando being the girl’s father is a bit too much in a movie of many “too much” moments.. so i decided to view his “lets find out” line as a form of: all the children who were captured and raised to be storm troopers would finally find their homes again. Them being both black was just a coincidence.
or.. Lando spinoff materia!
I think they were off to buy a 23 & Me kit
Lando did have a daughter though
The space ships travel in space, this is similar to when the space ships travel in space in the original trilogy.
Rob Wentz I also like that this movie had a blue lightsaber just like the originals also having blue lightsabers
The movies take place in space, this is similar to when the movies take place in space in the original trilogy
Vincent Dorado OMFG you noticed that too?!? YES!
Joe M Damn. Good catch, man... guys keep em coming!
Oh, next time you watch this movie pay special attention to the Easter Egg at the very beginning - it goes by fast and is easy to miss but episode IX starts with the same blue text that the original movies did - “A long time ago in a galaxy far, far away....”
Poe: I used to be a spice runner
*flash back*
Poe: you wanna buy some death sticks?
I like it, I like it a lot!
you want to go home and rethink your life.
It's not Jedha that Poe, Rey, and Finn go to, it's Pasaana, the holy city of Jedha was destroyed, remember?
Two things:
- Pretty certain that one of the pilots you see in the final battle is 3P0's actor in the flesh and not covered in robot bits
- Lin Manuel Miranda has a very brief cameo at the end celebrations, and wrote one of the songs for the film.
I think I know which pilot you're referring to and it's not Anthony Daniels, but you're right that it's a notable character. That pilot is Wedge Antilles from the original trilogy. He's an OG rebel pilot who survived the attacks on both death stars. I love that he came back for that cameo.
I loved that she had a yellow lightsaber at the end. From what I’ve read the yellow lightsabers are used by the guards of the Jedi temple. The way I see it is shes the “last Jedi” and all the Jedi live in her kinda Avatar the last airbender style.
So she’s basically the one guarding the future of the Jedi so the yellow lightsaber fits. Like how Luke’s lightsaber was green symbolizing how he became more knowledgeable in the force. Green lightsabers are typically for users who are more force focused, not as much in combat (Yoda, Qui-Gon)
But where did she get the crystal from. It makes no sense. Ilum was transformed into Starkiller Base (it’s obvious) and she never had another crystal.
DampishEye not sure, there’s several places where they find the crystals for lightsabers. I understand why they cut it cause of time but I’m cool with it
Yellow symbolizes balance in the force, somewhere in between light and dark
Casimir1100 I did forget about that vader comic, but it’s still kinda weird how she just has it all of a sudden. It would’ve been really cool if we got a scene where she built it to complete her journey as a jedi.
Very good observation 👍👍
You talk about you wanting C3PO to remember Anakin but Bale Organa had C3PO'S mind wiped at the end of episode 3 so he doesn't know who Anakin is or anything about his past.
It is possible that C3PO's memory has been backed up into R2D2 since they first met so it could have been restored to a very early date, especially since he mentioned R2D2's storage is highly unreliable.
E- THAN yea but anakin is the one that first programmed C3PO so I thought it would’ve been cool for him to say something like where is master anakin or something
@@GregRynne Ageed.
Before they wiped his memory C3PO said there was another way to do it and it might of been using R2D2. But what a terrific movie.
Kinda like a factory reset. Truth be told when I upgrade my Android (!) to a new devise, and I do a factory wipe, my data is still there. Only buried.
anyone else like how a strong force user was actually showcased with some abilities besides push, pull and jumping around. we actually got some representation of what all star wars material besides the movies says they should be.
Here’s another one: The shot of all the final order ships looks pretty similar to what we saw at the end of episode 2 when it showed the clone army and a bunch of their ships taking off as palpatine watches
True
I freaking lost it hearing Anakin, Windu, and all the other jedi
when i heard ewan mcgregors voice, i got chills. i honestly love the prequel era so that brought back memories
Another thing is that Luke only has one hand as a ghost
sucks to be Anakin in other words
I missed that!
@@ortasian anakin has a full body as ghost aswell, maybe minus 1 hand too, but he was in episode 6 with his gull body because when he fought obi wan he wasnt a jedi anymore, he qas a sith. But the force ghost resembles his jedi appearence
Which is really wack, he should be able to restore his hand as a ghost surely
Luke catching the light-saber and saying "a jedi's weapon deserves more respect" was a way for JJ Abrams to throw shade at the director of The Last Jedi for making Luke throw the lightsaber away.
Wow, I didn't know that, thanks!
When Ben gets Rey’s lightsaber from his back, Ben does the same body gesture as Han during ROTJ when he tricks the troopers and officers to come outside only to be surrounded by Ewoks

I really enjoyed this film & how they ended the saga. It does make me realise more what could have been if JJ directed all 3 of the movies. He would have gave proper character development to them all. Definitely my favourite from the sequel trilogy !
you missed the part where Poe took out his touch light after Rey took her lightsaber out.
That moment was pretty good lol. I think a lot of kids have played with flashlights as if they were lightsabers so it was definitely a fun moment that I believe connected with a lot of people.
There was a laugh in my cinema at that..😉
Funny but not an easter egg.
It seemed when Rey was climbing through the Death Star to find the way finder it was the same location where obiwan was trying to shut off the shield systems in a new Hope
Two different DeathStars. But it is the analogous location on the Endor DeathStar.
i know that people didnt like the ending but i liked it. it was the only way i wanted it to end, sure it was predictable or cliche. i know that, but damn the force theme and then sunset always gets me
Rad Band I agree. The binary sunset is my favorite scene in all of cinema!
I am afraid those that didn't like this one are the ones who don't like Star Wars. I didn't think the Last Jedi Was horrible I thought it was confusing. This one, The rise of Skywalker was a perfect ending. I think JJ deserves a medal from Leia too! I mean what a galaxy sized request, finish this epic story fittingly!
Agreed , it was near perfect as an ending. I only wish we could've seen more of Luke and Anakin's relatives. (And symbolically Rey's) or friends as Force ghosts or memories like Yoda, Anakin,Owen and Beru ,Shmi ,Obi-Wan...Basically all the characters connected to Tatooine where everything opened and closed.
@@timfoote6919 It wasn't even close to a perfect ending. Things were left unresolved (like what Finn wanted to tell Rey) and by burying I think Anakin's and Luke's lightsaber they're basically burying everything that Lucas created. Just think about what Anakin thinks about his lightsaber being buried on the planet he hated the most, and in sand to add to that. So disrespectful and there's no reason to do it. Those lightsabers are endlessly valuable historical artifacts ffs. Finally, the fact that Hayden's force ghost didn't appear once is fucking retarded. The only thing JJ deserves is a slap to the face. And The Last Jedi was objectively shit just for the fact that it broke so many physical and canonical rules, but there's a shit ton more.
I respect your opinion, but from my point of view it was incredibly sloppy. Anakin and his mother lived as slaves on Tattoine, it's where he lost her to Tuskan raiders (which he lasered to death, every man, woman and child) and Luke couldn't wait to get off the planet (that's why he stares longingly into the two suns) to become a pilot and got his wish granted by his only (back then known) half-relatives being slaughtered, he finds their smoking, charred remains in front of the homestead. Leia spent her time on Tattoine chained to and licked at by Jabba the Hut. Happy times! Hanging the lightsabers at the wall of the space cantina would have been more reverent than that. (At least that's where Luke met Han) So absolutely nothing, except "fan" nostalgia points to an ending on Tattoine.
Did anyone else catch the part where they literally 'spilled the beans'?
Rey was in Kylo's quarters; Kylo was in the market, and they were doing their light saber battle.
One of them slashes into a bag/container of beans causing them to spill, all while we learn one of the biggest reveals.
This was quite the pun..
dang, that didn't even occur to me
Ah good catch
Nice, didn't know the idiom, thank you
Oh lol I thought they were cranberries
When Luke's force ghost catches the lightsaber Rey throws into the burning TIE fighter, he says "Hey, you should treat these things with respect", which is a jab to how Luke handled the saber Rey handed to him at the beginning of Last Jedi.
Lmao! I missed that! J.J. slapped Ruin Johnson with some movie lines. Nice!
I liked the reference to, “Red 5”, when Rey was piloting Luke’s X-Wing...
Loved the reference and there was also the dialogue where C-3PO says "R2-D2 claims the message is from...Master Luke !"
Yea I caught that too
"But most importantly is this ship. That's ur mom."
Anyone else happy to see that Kylo was able to finally best Rey in a duel?
Not that I have anything against Rey, because I love the character, but I thought it was great and a little more fitting that Kylo was much stronger in this film. 💜
Bradley Pence yes same. Kylo is in the dark side of the force which makes him automatically really powerful and the fact that he’s trained with Luke for a good while so he’s well versed in the force and lightsaber combat. He shouldn’t have lost the duel in The Force Awakens but whatever.
@@cameronweaver6701 I'd argue that him losing that duel may have had something to do with his emotions, as he had just, you know, killed his dad.
Random Entertainment emotions or not, he was fighting an untrained girl who has never held a lightsaber before and have never trained with the force either. Kylo has had years of training with Luke and Snoke so shouldn’t have been much of a competition with or without the heavy emotions. Anyways I can see your POV though.
I also believe she lost that fight due to the fact that she was fighting with anger and hatred, which is what made her weak. She used her feelings instead of what the Jedi use, which led to her being very scrappy in her fighting.
You can see Kylo’s red lightsaber in Luke’s X-Wing when Rey lands in the resistance base to celebrate. She purifies the unstable red kyber crystal inside, and that’s how she got a yellow saber. Kind of a thoughtful thing since Kylo sacrificed his life for her. This is in reference to Jaden Korr purifying an unstable red crystal in Legends.
But if you purify a red cristal it become white, right??
I thought I saw a lightsaber in that scene.
I dig your videos, but Jedi's bringing people back to life, dates before the Mandalorian. It's also in the Clone Wars where Anakin brings Ahsoka back to life using the force as well...
PrideBrary
I have issues with this being a thing. If it was possible all along then he wouldn’t have had to turn to Sidious and the dark side to save padme. He only turned because it wasn’t possible to save her/heal her/bring her back from the dead as a Jedi. Thus he betrayed his friends and the order to become a sith in pursuit of abilities some considered... unnatural.
If this was a thing all along, it undermines the whole reason for his betrayal.
*Kylo Ren (Ben Solo) had the best last word in the history of all movies ever:*
*"Ow...."*
Was that really the last word lol what a shame 😂
@@JstnH Yeah, when he jumped and slammed his gut against that wall. He didn't even say, "Ow!" when he was actually dying. 😂
I can't believe that they didn't give him a proper last line. In the scene where Rey and Ben kiss, they also shot a version without it, I am not sure if it is in both versions, but the scene was supposed to be 4 minutes long with dialogue, THABKS A LOT FOR RUINING DISNEY
Not really a retcon for Luke because when he asked who she was Luke was cut off from the force. So if he reconnected of course he would know who she was.
That's what I think, too. I figured after Luke died in the Last Jedi, he and Leia were chattin' through the force about all sorts of stuff.
Oh good point, it would make sense that he had no way to tell her connection until afterwards.
Nah Luke literally told Rey that both he and Leia had known, but trained her anyways
Michael Gralnick
no he said both he and Leia knew who she was but “she” still trained you. She being Leia. So my point still stands.
Cause then he goes into saying why Leia never told her.

WimpyKids50 yeah I watched all of rebels I would have caught that. Last we saw of Ezra, hyperspace whales grabbed the ship he and thrawn were on and took them to God knows where. We don’t know what happened to them yet.
Samuel Whitaker The voices were in Reys head so it doesn’t mean they’re all dead.
You forgot the best Easter egg
Palpatine says “DO IT” to Ray just as he did to Anikin
“That’s your mom”
This got me to lol
yellow lightsaber at the end was missed
wonder what that's about. almost gives us hope that the story of rey will continue but i've heard multiple accounts say that daisey doesn't want to continue
holding a bananna.
What do you think it meant? I wasnt sure what to think of it besides "eh interesting"
I immediately thought “Bastilla”, though Bastilla’s was double-bladed.
@@AnnabelleTheRose Me, too, buddy. Her progression was very similar to Rei, but this approach was pretty well done, to say the least.
Oh, I actually thought the 42 years thing was a reference to The Hitchhiker's Guide to The Galaxy. Being that I was born in 77' and am also 42 years old I should have figured that out. Oh well.
At first i thought 42 was the last time Lando n Luke were there on this planet. It is kinda random that the plot brings them to the location just so happen to meet Lando there. I would assume Lando comes back to the festival again to continue the search for something, as an anniversary search or something
I am pretty sure it is a reference to Hitchhiker´s Guide to the Galaxy
Mister Quantum i caught this right away, hit me right in the feels... i am 42 as well and grew up with SW
Did this movie premier on a Thursday? 🤔
Yea I thought it was a reference to hitchhikers guide
Palpatine’s “GOOOOOOODDD” kills me every time
Force Healing is NOT new, just new for “Disney” cannon.
I don't know if this really counts as force healing but in Clone Wars Anakin revived Ahsoka by channeling the Daughter's life force to her
Sonny Mercado This alsohaopened in the very first episode of The clone wars tv show from Yoda I think
Its been a thing in Legends for years. Jedi Healers were a subset of the Jedi if I remember right.
@@nadimsaouli6013 Yoda didn't heal anyone in that. He just made a walking stick for an injured clone from a rifle by cutting it with his lightsaber.I don't remember him actually healing anyone
Most useful lightside ability in KOTOR
Leia knew about Rey, Luke says 'leia knew' when speaking to Rey as a force ghost.
Anyone hear. “This door’s locked. Move on to the next one.” Was there a pilot that looked a lot like biggs?
Bari Gonzalez it was biggs
Also "Let me see your identification".
That was Wedge Antilles manning the guns on the Millennium Falcon.
@@leosarmiento4823 I know that I am talking about flying an X-Wing.
Still, Baby Yoda remains the cutest. This is the way.
You have spoken.
Nice one bro
wrong its babu frick
@@coolnal Babu frick is not cute, he's just awesome lol
This is the way.
So what happened to Luke's green lightsaber?
Who was rey looking at in the beginning when poe asks her what?
Why does rey steal Poes bb unit from him?
Why does the falcon belong to rey and not chewy?
How does the resistance get that main rebel big ship (forgot name) from a new hope, doesnt it get tractor beamed into the star destroyer?
Where does rey get the kaiber crystal for her yellow saber?
What is to become of jar jar binks?
Why has r2 not been used this whole trilogy?
What's the deal with ren and rey communicating telepathically since snoke said it was him and he was manipulating visions in their respective heads?
If sidious wanted rey brought to him why would he make ren kill her in TLJ through snoke in his throne room before ren cuts snoke in half?
What about the droid attack on the wookies?
That last one is the most important question of them all
R2 was used in the last jedi when he showed a hologram of young Leia for Luke to convince him to train Rey.
Chewie gave it to Rey
@@TheBeanie50 yeah. I think chewie wants to stick to be the co pilot since he probably doesn't want to take Han's place
I don't think it's far fetched to say Snoke lied to destroy Rey's hopes that she could turn Kylo. Obviously he knew about the visions, but being Palpatine's puppet he wasn't actually doing shit. Also Palaptine's visions told him what needed to happen so the Resistance and Rey would come for him... or sth like that.
Knowing full well I’ll probably get hate for this, I loved this movie. 3rd favorite after Return of the Jedi and Revenge of the Sith. I thought it was solid, and a great ending to the saga. Sure it had problems, but as a lifelong Star Wars fan, this made me feel like a little kid again. I believed in heroes and villains and I believed that the Light will overcome the Dark. This movie did so much more than entertain me. It made me happy.
thats how i feel but my order is switched a little, my favorite is revenge of the sith, then rise of skywalker, and then return of the jedi
That's it! After I watched it and digested it, I felt happy
I agree, my friend! I LOVED this movie!
Agreed.
I couldn't agree more. This is definitely my 3rd favourite SW film, 2nd being Rogue One and 1st being Return Of The Jedi
Rey's parents looks very much like Owen Lars & Beru.
Magnus Nilsson I thought that too!
@@doodoobutter101 same
That’s what I was thinking too! But then found out she was a Palpatine instead
What if she's both, simply taking the name of her grandmother Schmii?
I genuinely thought it was the same actors the first time I saw it
Not just any "Rebellion helmet", that was Red 5's Rebellion helmet.
I liked that they included Wicket as one of the Ewoks.
C3PO's memory was erased at the end of Revenge of the Sith.
Ryan Sihiyon exactly some people gotta get this shit down lol. This why there’s so many gaps in the new movies. Gotta do some research
C3PO did seem to forget about Anakin at least after RotS but he seemed to remember R2-D2 from the prequels all the way until his memory got wiped in TRoS so I’m still a little confused about that
Professor N they had 19 years to create new mems between rots and ANH. They never mention any prequel related stuff between each other.
@@clarkst.4190 Also didnt he intodruce himself R2 in the end of Episode 3 after the memory wipe?
Lol these are not Easter eggs
The “your mom” jokes catch me off guard and make me lol every time. 😂
I was having The Last Jedi flashbacks, when he said that. lol
You are the easily amused lowest common denominator that Disney caters to
Being honest, I started watching SC for the reviews and now I only watch for the “yo mama” joke. Continue to use sparingly... make us earn it.
I think I remember C3PO having his memory was wiped after the prequals so he wouldn't be able to recall anything about Anakin
When Ren and Rey are facing off on the First Order ship - stormtroopers run frantically behind them like Vader vs Obi Wan in A New Hope and when Luke removes Vader’s mask in ROTJ
A musical easter egg. At the end of the credit roll, they re-play the original score and orchestration of John Williams from A New Hope opening title, Binary Sunset, and a few other major themes for Leia and Luke. Hands down the moment that made me cry the most in the movie
Thank you for mentioning some special moments in the film score! I think it's also worth including a note about the way, in the last act, Kylo's theme evolves into what I'll call "Ben's Theme". Same rhythm, but the pitch is higher and the note progression ultimately goes up instead of down. I first heard it when Ben arrived on Exegol to join Rey, and I heard it again soon after Ben climbs out of the pit to find Rey. If you have the soundtrack album, you can hear the second instance starting precisely 1 minute into "Farewell". It becomes beautiful and tragic. Keep listening, though, because around the 2:29 mark you'll hear Ben's theme merge with Rey's theme to create something new.
When Chewie was using the storm troopers blaster I was expecting him not to kill anyone because the storm troopers can never kill anyone when they shoot
You made a mistake- Ezra Bridger was not one of the Jedi that spoke to Rey.
And thank goodness because that means he is alive! :D
I think that the two stormtroopers she tricks are Alex winter and Keanu Reeves
Wyld Stalyuns Rule!!!
Makes sense
No this isn’t true it’s Justin Timberlake and Ed Sheren
No its ED Sheeran and Harry Styles
Or tag and bink
I caught the John Williams cameo which was nice as well as Wedge Antelis from the Original trilogy as well as the same dialogue Palpatine giving the same exact speech to Anakin during the senate scene in Revenge of the Sith to Kylo Ren.
dayum, when i saw Wedge i screamed his name haha
So um did u also see snap die? Cus I saw it but I don’t see anyone talking abt it so idk if I imagined it???
@@pjminion1644 Yep. :'-(
What about the yellow bladed lightsaber?
Luke would have only known Rey was a Palpatine once he reconnected with the the force.
