@@ClymKix I mean you have to put something under the netting so it’s elevated so like another paintbrush. I did get some paint under but it was my first time painting so it could be avoided if you’re careful. But I just painted the white I got in under the black part with black paint.
Because it’s part of the process of restoring. You don’t want to half ass it. Especially if someone is paying you. Why bother washing your car it’s just gonna get dirty in a couple days. Why get a haircut your hair will jsut grow out again. It’s part of the process and experience.
If it’s just a small area, you could do that. Just reapply finisher. If the paint is peeling/cracking all over, you might as well repaint the whole thing.
Check out my beginner’s guide on restoration: payhip.com/b/cnLJq
You should paint the netting with 2-hard angelus paint and a 50/50 ratio of angelus white. It worked for my fire reds
Will the white paint transfer on to the black backing underneath the webbing?

@@ClymKix so after you paint the netting white leave whatever you have place under the netting until it’s dry.

Wow, you did an amazing job. Thank you for also putting links to the products in the description!
Thank you for your support!
I just got some beaters man and your video really helped me out alot and made me safe money lol I just subscribed to ur channel 👌🏻
they look amazing
I just bought a pair of Jordan 4 neon 95/ for 50$ in a very similar condition . I can’t wait to restore them
Great work!
Thanks!
Revived, fire as always bro
Thank you for watching 😄
You can repaint the netting. Just use zip ties to create gaps from the black mesh. It’s tedious but worth it in the long run.
I personally think netting shouldn’t be painted
That’s a masterpiece 🔥
Beautiful restoration ‼️💯❤️❤️❤️
Thank you!
Wow!
Why did you leave the netting yellow? could have fixed it easily
Yeah you’re right. Didn’t know what was the best way at the time.
Bro ❤❤❤❤amazing come back
🔥
$50 is wild tho
I just got the same pair as beaters too lol I’m repairing them
Great video but I always wondered, why do people clean the bottom of the sneaker. No one sees it and one step on the ground gets it dirty again.

Do you know if Tide is good for laundry washing?
Thats what i use, only a small amount though.
i have a pair of white cement 4s that have cracked paint. Should I sand them down, acetone, then repaint over the area?
If it’s just a small area, you could do that. Just reapply finisher.
If the paint is peeling/cracking all over, you might as well repaint the whole thing.
Is it better to use Angelus White or Flat White for restorations? Any suggestions on when to use what paint?
Use flat white. Only difference is the shine it leaves.
Is that for the soles and the uppers?
Midsoles and leather. Not for rubber.
@@SneakerStation can I use flat white for the netting or do I have to use normal white?
Do you think gorilla glue would work on my Jordan 4 black canvas? Uppers
Nah, you should use barge infinity or superstik
@@SneakerStation I live in the uk and they don’t sell those glues over here
They’re sold on ebay. Did you check if any sellers offer international shipping?
Will salon care 40 work on unyellowing the netting
Tried it, didnt have any luck.
@@SneakerStation I tried to hard mixed with paint and that just peels off
You might need to prep it with acetone first
@@houdinous520 try 2-hard angelus paint and mix it with with angelus white. It worked just fine for my fire reds.
@@joereyes6079 I did. Still comes off with wear
Where did u get brass brush!
Everything I use is in the description
What kind of paint did you use ?
Angelus (Flat)
why the jumpman look like that?

Great work tho I believe those are reps
I don’t think reps would have the yellow netting
They are motor sports(2017) way different the the 4s we have now so if they look off they are not
I have this same shoe I will ship my shoes & pay someone to restore them

Hmm I’ll go with the Jordan 3. How about you?

Angelus. Everything I use is in description.
