@@DS-mh1hu actually it’s from Okinawa, but with Chinese influence. The resemblance is unmistakable. Some systems native to Okinawa however never saw much Chinese influence, such as what was practiced by nobility or Royalty. This is what I got from a friend of mine who practiced Shorin Ryu years ago.
@@malmsProjecti train Karate anf Xing yi an the Xing yi, helped me very well to get a new idea for the uke waza. The Morote uke you use is the entry technique for pi quan in the Xing yi. Same prinicipales can be used for age uke, soto uke etc.
I can see some aspects in common with other styles. Some aspects remind me of Uechi-Ryu and WingChun. Some of the throws have a certain resemblance to Ganseki-nage and other moves from the Bujinkan. Intersting in any case, thanks for sharing.
How can you be demonstrating a defensive art when none of the attacks shown are done with the speed, force and commitment as would be if someone was in a life and death struggle.

Looks a bit like Xing Yi in its entry and domination of space. One can see the whole body function as a unit. Good stuff.
