I'm suffering from one problem now, I launched fb ad lead campaign for my new client 2 days ago
But yesterday ad account got disabled due to payment failed
My client tried to pay the due from other card but again failed, it shows "verify card" but the payment got failed after verifying the card also
I requested support from Facebook support team but still haven't heard back from them
Can you please tell me how can I solve this problem?

You can try to contact with Fb ads Support team. Otherwise create a new ad account for your client. But remember one thing, verify card before creating ad.
