Yup had one just like this but mine was red. Saved my ice cream money and allowance and brought one home. Was more of a BMX guy though, and went back to the Haro and a road bike. Fun though. Quite the blast from the past.
@@wal2 growing up we had a dead end road in the middle of the neighborhood aptly nicknamed, “the middle road”. We would pedal as hard as we could and slide the back tire as far as we could without sliding off the end of the road into the ravine. Good times!
Rode my nieghbors plenty...good fun...that's the original 1st rotor...acs...saw a loose piece of mig wire hanging off the weld at the headset area..how didn't they catch that at the factory??? Building lots of them I suppose
the kid in our neighborhood that had one of these got picked on because he asked a poser to teach him how to ride. they called the guy he asked King Curtis because he lied about building half pipes with Matt Hoffman in Cali. Hoffman's from Oklahoma.
Cool story, about 10 years ago my company was hired to clean out a warehouse that had been abandoned In the early 90’s. There was about 10 truck loads of these still brand new. I kept a couple for my kids that got destroyed in a few months. The rest went straight to the scrap yard. Wasn’t cool when they were new and 30 years later still not cool. ✌️😝

I rode bikes and scooters but no skating. My friend did all 3. Fun way to enjoy the outdoors as a kid 👍
