@@kenfisounds1597 You mean like Lil Wayne's song A Milli in 2008. Jay-Z, LL Cool J, Fabolous, Lil Mama, Chris Brown, Tyga, Lil Chuckee, Hurricane Chris, Cory Gunz, Jadakiss, Gillie Da Kid, Bump J, Peedi Crack, Meek Mill and even Lil Wayne all did freestyles to it.
Also Fat Joe's song Make It Rain was released in 2006 not 2009 and the remix was released in 2007

Essence festival is a difficult event to perform at. The super dome is huge and people are there for different reasons. Even Beyoncé had to do extra work to get the crowd hype years ago that she doesn’t have to do at her own concerts.
