- These icing cookies are beautifully finished with a lot of flowers and chocolate designs such as tabletops and mandians that are popular overseas. We will also show you how to make many parts. @melody_wiiish
Hello! It's Melody.
This time, I am going to show you an icing cookie with a chocolate design that was sold out in seconds after it was launched in my online store during the Valentine's Day season in 2022.
I included the tablet design in my book "Colorful and Pretty Icing Cookies" which was published last September, but I have made a video showing you how to make it in more detail.
This is one of my favorite designs that I myself like to make every year.
In the video, I also show you how to make the chocolate cream for the royal icing. This chocolate cream does not harden immediately, and if you draw with a cornet, you can draw more delicate lines than with a chocolate pen, so I recommend it to those who often make icing cream.
The video is a little long, so we hope you enjoy watching it during your coffee break.

@@melody_wiiish i’ve done some baking, but I typically do cake decorating. About 20 years ago, wow, I can’t believe it’s been that long, I took cake decorating lessons at a local craft store. My mother had done it years ago, and I had grown an interest in doing it myself. So I started doing more of it and selling some of them. I even wanted to open my own bakery so I took some business and marketing classes at a local college. But as usual, I didn’t follow through. I’m really bad about that. I really wish I would’ve stuck with it because I was getting quite good at it and really really loved it. Still have tons of cake decorating stuff. But cookies were one thing I never got into, but always loved the art of. Especially decorating sugar cookies like what you’ve done. Your work is literally mind blowing. I know how much time it takes to do those things from experience. I would have the hardest time eating them because they are too pretty lol kind of like eating a very pretty cake. We had a lady retire at the job I had, and was asked to be the one to make the cupcakes. Making nearly 100 cupcakes in a small kitchen was an all day affair. I got paid for it, but not nearly enough for the time it took me. Anyway sorry for the long comment lol.

Oh how absolutely equisit what talent. Is this all done with royal icing? Where you are adding chocolate to the white ingredients is that royal icing too? Such a artist
Thank you! All cookies are made using royal icing. What looks like chocolate cream is made by adding cocoa powder to royal icing.

Do you have a video of how to make the template for your flower nail? Is it plastic or paper?
What you want to know is the guidelines for flower nails? If that's the case, I'd attach it to something made of paper sandwiched between thin plastic sheets. I'll try to make another video about this.
