@@melody_wiiish i’ve done some baking, but I typically do cake decorating. About 20 years ago, wow, I can’t believe it’s been that long, I took cake decorating lessons at a local craft store. My mother had done it years ago, and I had grown an interest in doing it myself. So I started doing more of it and selling some of them. I even wanted to open my own bakery so I took some business and marketing classes at a local college. But as usual, I didn’t follow through. I’m really bad about that. I really wish I would’ve stuck with it because I was getting quite good at it and really really loved it. Still have tons of cake decorating stuff. But cookies were one thing I never got into, but always loved the art of. Especially decorating sugar cookies like what you’ve done. Your work is literally mind blowing. I know how much time it takes to do those things from experience. I would have the hardest time eating them because they are too pretty lol kind of like eating a very pretty cake. We had a lady retire at the job I had, and was asked to be the one to make the cupcakes. Making nearly 100 cupcakes in a small kitchen was an all day affair. I got paid for it, but not nearly enough for the time it took me. Anyway sorry for the long comment lol.

Thank you! All cookies are made using royal icing. What looks like chocolate cream is made by adding cocoa powder to royal icing.
