I love cardamom! i have about a dozen recipes that use it but my favourite is just cardamom shortbread cookies. The recipe intrigues me by using cornstarch in it. I have never done that. But I do have a suggestion for an adventure. With Easter coming up, I would love to see a recipe for Sourdough Hot Cross Buns, using either the discard or the active. Keep up the great work.
