Amit bhai gaadi ke spark plug and uski wires check karwao. Specially sparkplug ki wires. Agar yeh bhi theek hai to koi electrical wires hatao agar koi recently bahar se fit karwayi hai to.

Sir gaadi ko required crank nahi mil raha hai. Problem must be with battery or its connection, ignition coil or manifold sensor. Battery ke connection ko clean karo acche se usmein agar koi carbon hai to regmark se clean kariye. Check aapne koi electroc connection karwaya ho jo khadi gaadi mein battery consume kar raha ho?

Bhai kyu ki aap sabhi cheeze almost check karwa chuke ho. Ek baar in baaton par bhi dhyan dena. - Check cng leakage from cng pipes at front and from cylinder at back through a mechanic or yourself. Yeh confirm aapko ho jaayega agar aap windows band karke heater on kare and bahar ki hawa ka circulation button on kar de. Aapko agar cng ki smell aati hai to cng leakage hai gaadi mein. - Aapke throttle ki wires check kawao yeh aapke air filter ke neeche hogi. Waha agar wire damage hoti hai to missing ya jhatke ki problems aati hai. - Timing Advancer lagwaye agar nahi lagwaya hai to.

Vivan bhai 2 cheeze check karwao. Agar to aapki gaadi 1lakh se upar chal chuki hai to iske ignition coil check karwao ki kahi se leakage to nahi hai. Aur leakage lage ya carbon aa rakha hai to change karwao. Else throttle body ki wiring check karo.

Thanks a lot sir, there could be multiple reasons. Any of ur spark plug is faulty, spark plug wires could be damage ot the ignition coil have passing less current. Check through mechanic in the given sequence.

Dear Rudra and Raj install cng advancer in your car. Also check engine ignition coil, spark plugs and spark plug wires. Your car will be fine post these checks.

Is there any need to adjust the spark plug gap for CNG. Someone told me that the spark plug gap needs to be adjusted to 0.8 for the CNG to run smoothly. Whereas the Retro fitment Center replaced the spark plugs in my car without adjusting the gap.
Anil yes it is needed, since cng needs more spark while working hence a gap is needed to adjust which is around a steal scale width. But if you have installed ngk dpark plugs then no need to perform this step.
@@TFreak1 Thanks, Yes I installed NGK but it was not purchased through MARUTI, and it was in the pack of NGK. Is NGK adjust the standard gap as per the requirement of car make and model.

Jatin bhai itni jaldi throttle body ko clean karwane ki zaroorat nahi padti hai. Woh throttle body clean karne ke baad ya pehle aapke negative battery ki wire nikalta hoga hir lagata hoga and car ke ECM ko reset kar deta hoga. Kabhi aapne OBD2 lagwa ke check karwaya hai ki error hai kaha?

Swift VXI 2007, egreen sequential kit in 2019, advancer not installed. 65000: on petrol, 20000: on CNG Lag in 1st and 2nd gear. Please guide, advamcer can be installed in Swift 2007 CNG or not.

Sir cng kissi connection se leak ho rahi hai jiski wajah se gaadi ko cng ka jitna pressure milna chahiye utna nahi mil raha. Isko jaldi se dikhwao cng mechanic ko woh isse tight kar dega.

Hi, I have Honda Amaze 2015 model installed external CNG kit(Lovato) the issue is sometimes it accelerates very hardly on petrol and sometimes on cng especially when the car is running for more than 20 kms but sometimes it works perfectly on both cng and petrol this problem appears and when I stops the car, the engine automatically shuts down and when I try to restart the engine it dosent restart, I have to push the car and then put in 1st gear then it starts even and after that it very hardly takes throttle on both petrol and cng. I have done everything that you have told in this video replaced the spark plug, cleaned the throttle body, checked the spark plug wires, air filter changed, ignition coil checked, battery and the connections are checked,I even replaced the cng injectors but the problem is not resolved. Please let me know if you can find tha fault.
Sir the problem could be in your fuel pump motor pressure. Are you in habit of keeping less fuel in your tank? Ask mechnic to check your fuel pump motor pressure.
@@TFreak1 @TFreak1 I always keep atleast half petrol tank. But if there is issue in fuel pump motor then why car doesn't accelerates on cng also. Mechanic told me that maybe petrol and cng both are mixing and causing this issue or there is issue in any valve that opens and closes for petrol to cng conversion.

Hi sir I have fitted external cng in i20, when I start my car in morning while switching petrol to cng , once shifted to cng car get off. But once I drive 3-5km on petrol then this issue is not facing
I also facing this type of problem since installation of the CNG in i10. I got the CNG kit installed from "Kartar CNG, South Patel Nagar, New Delhi-110008 in Hyundai i10. After CNG fitting my car is giving starting problem. The problem was told to him and even after a month of CNG fitting, they don't care and neither they are fixing it. Vaibhav bhai NGK ke plugs lagwana usme already margin set aata hai. Otherwise scale ke barabar kar lena thoda. Spark plug ki wires bhi check karwa lena kahi se koi kati na ho.

Vaibhav bhai change mat karna pehle check karwa lena ki kati na ho kahi se. Most probably yeh issue hoga. Agar leads theek hongi to engine coils check karwana. Ho sakta hai ek coil weak ho.

In company fitted this problem should not come. Kindly check if you have installed any electrical wires with car body as negative terminal. Also check if spark plug wires are in good condition.

Brother most probably earthing ka issue hai. Koi bahar se electrical wiring karwayi hai kya. Agar hai to kuch din woh hatwa ke dekho. Secondly apni gaadi ke spark plug and uski wirings check karwao

If you have recently installed cng then it must be in warranty, get your cng switch changed from dealer.

Bhai kyu ki aap sabhi cheeze almost check karwa chuke ho. Ek baar in baaton par bhi dhyan dena.
- Check cng leakage from cng pipes at front and from cylinder at back through a mechanic or yourself. Yeh confirm aapko ho jaayega agar aap windows band karke heater on kare and bahar ki hawa ka circulation button on kar de. Aapko agar cng ki smell aati hai to cng leakage hai gaadi mein.
- Aapke throttle ki wires check kawao yeh aapke air filter ke neeche hogi. Waha agar wire damage hoti hai to missing ya jhatke ki problems aati hai.
- Timing Advancer lagwaye agar nahi lagwaya hai to.

Hi, i have Honda City ivtec with external CNG fitted, recently while driving on cng acceleration is lost but when i switch it on petrol it works fine. Even after check engine light comes on display. The problem goes away after few stops. What should be the problem ?
Hi it could be due to irregular current from spark plugs. Get spark plugs current checked from a good mechanic. Also check ignition coil if needed.

What spark plug gap for ang compared to petrol
Cng cars need more ignition for better pickup. So almost an inch gap is needed for spark plugs.

Vivan bhai 2 cheeze check karwao. Agar to aapki gaadi 1lakh se upar chal chuki hai to iske ignition coil check karwao ki kahi se leakage to nahi hai. Aur leakage lage ya carbon aa rakha hai to change karwao. Else throttle body ki wiring check karo.

Thanks a lot sir, there could be multiple reasons. Any of ur spark plug is faulty, spark plug wires could be damage ot the ignition coil have passing less current. Check through mechanic in the given sequence.

Dear Rudra and Raj install cng advancer in your car. Also check engine ignition coil, spark plugs and spark plug wires. Your car will be fine post these checks.

Is there any need to adjust the spark plug gap for CNG. Someone told me that the spark plug gap needs to be adjusted to 0.8 for the CNG to run smoothly. Whereas the Retro fitment Center replaced the spark plugs in my car without adjusting the gap.
Anil yes it is needed, since cng needs more spark while working hence a gap is needed to adjust which is around a steal scale width. But if you have installed ngk dpark plugs then no need to perform this step.

Mere paas i10 hai thodi picup ki dikkat hai spark plug and wire bhi change Kara liya hai lekin mistri kh raha hai ki throttle body sensor dikkat kar raha hai. Aap ye bataye ki main kaise pata Karu ki throttle sensor kharab hai ya thik ?
My i10 car rpm is increasing when it come down to lower gear, when it is running on cng, but with petrol mode there is no problem. Pl advice

Hi, I have Honda Amaze 2015 model installed external CNG kit(Lovato) the issue is sometimes it accelerates very hardly on petrol and sometimes on cng especially when the car is running for more than 20 kms but sometimes it works perfectly on both cng and petrol this problem appears and when I stops the car, the engine automatically shuts down and when I try to restart the engine it dosent restart, I have to push the car and then put in 1st gear then it starts even and after that it very hardly takes throttle on both petrol and cng.
I have done everything that you have told in this video replaced the spark plug, cleaned the throttle body, checked the spark plug wires, air filter changed, ignition coil checked, battery and the connections are checked,I even replaced the cng injectors but the problem is not resolved.
Please let me know if you can find tha fault.
Sir the problem could be in your fuel pump motor pressure. Are you in habit of keeping less fuel in your tank? Ask mechnic to check your fuel pump motor pressure.
@@TFreak1 @TFreak1 I always keep atleast half petrol tank. But if there is issue in fuel pump motor then why car doesn't accelerates on cng also. Mechanic told me that maybe petrol and cng both are mixing and causing this issue or there is issue in any valve that opens and closes for petrol to cng conversion.

Bhai aapke spark plug wires ki dikkat hai most probably.
Hi sir I have fitted external cng in i20, when I start my car in morning while switching petrol to cng , once shifted to cng car get off. But once I drive 3-5km on petrol then this issue is not facing

I also facing this type of problem since installation of the CNG in i10. I got the CNG kit installed from "Kartar CNG, South Patel Nagar, New Delhi-110008 in Hyundai i10. After CNG fitting my car is giving starting problem. The problem was told to him and even after a month of CNG fitting, they don't care and neither they are fixing it. I am very frustrating of the after sales services of "Kartar CNG".

Rpm. Fluctuate hota petrol. Pr. Lpg pr nhi ideal condition mei. Kya kare throtle clean se thoda fark aaya hai ignition coil clean krle ya plug change kr le. Aur plug ka gap kam krna jaruri hai lpg pr
Vaibhav bhai NGK ke plugs lagwana usme already margin set aata hai. Otherwise scale ke barabar kar lena thoda. Spark plug ki wires bhi check karwa lena kahi se koi kati na ho.
@@TFreak1 Plug change kr liye ngk ke problem theek nhi hue. Ab lead change krke dekhta kal dzire 2015 petrol model hai aur koi option hoto batao. Throttle bhi clean kr liya maine
Vaibhav bhai change mat karna pehle check karwa lena ki kati na ho kahi se. Most probably yeh issue hoga. Agar leads theek hongi to engine coils check karwana. Ho sakta hai ek coil weak ho.

Gadi missing fire ho rahi he nd engine light blink hoti he.. par ye kabhi kabar hi hota he nd mene notice kiya ke jab bhi car idle condition pe hoti he tabhi hota he running condition me nahi hota... any idea about it????

Bro I have a company fitted cng alto k10 and there are problems in it like in slow speed the car turns off and jerks are also coming ,though the company has changed the throttle body still this is happening,what to do plz suggest ?
In company fitted this problem should not come. Kindly check if you have installed any electrical wires with car body as negative terminal. Also check if spark plug wires are in good condition.

If its bs4 ecosport then only you may install cng. There is no negatives apart from boot space occupancy.

Brother most probably earthing ka issue hai. Koi bahar se electrical wiring karwayi hai kya. Agar hai to kuch din woh hatwa ke dekho. Secondly apni gaadi ke spark plug and uski wirings check karwao

Hi i have baleno and after market cng fitted. Problem is that when i on ac on cng that car vibrating but i switch to petrol than its normal.
I discussed this with cng mechnic but he told its normal . When ac on cng than car will vibrate . I am not satisfied with his reply. Pl suggest me what is wrong and solution.

Ask mechnic to check them, they see if their is damage on wires and current is leaking out.
