- Here's a bank fishing for catfish video where I'll be showing you how to catch catfish from the bank. This big blue catfish video will also show you how to catch big catfish. This is a fall bank fishing video but winter catfishing is fast approaching but the same tactics can be used for winter catfishing from the bank.

@@CarolinaCatDaddyI’m a bit late, third shift worker here. My best recommendation is to not work third shift. It’s genuinely not good for health, social life and relationships. It has distanced me from my pregnant girlfriend which I hate. All love bro be safe out here

the really cool thing about this picture is 3 yrs before this pic was taken i have another picture holding what looks like the exact same two fish. caught them in the same exact area. can't be 100% for sure but they both look the exact same just a little smaller

You in prime time fishing country. I grew up fishing down there. I fish that river a good bit and get out on the lake from time to.time. were big into the fishing tournament's..we have a couple we fish down there

@@CarolinaCatDaddy What do you rig up for bank fishing? I fish the canal in-between both lakes so there is some current and the bottom is rocky with some logs and debris.

We catch on live and cut bait here. Im fishing live perch and shell cracker now. And some cut gizzard shad. Ive probably caught the most on cut gizzards
What are y'all using for bait?
mainly use shad, perch, bream, carp and when in nc crappie and bass
What light are you using (not the headlights)
most likely im using a rechargeable light from Walmart. they are in the automotive section. they work really good. they actually have a stand for them that you can buy separately. first one i had lasted me over 2 yrs. they are very durable and waterproof. couple of different sizes to choose from . the one i use cost 16$

ive probably got some new rods since this video. i run big cat fevers in the river and their yellow and black limited edition in the lake. i run 40 lb slime lime with an 80 lb ande or slime line leader. all my life ive ran abu Garcia 6500 the 90 early 2000 models. the last yr ive been trying out the piscifun choas series. i appreciate ya watching!

man i love the 60 so far . perfect size. ive got 6 of them. only I had an issue with one..the screws kept coming loose and eventually fell apart going down the lake. i could probably contact them and get another one just never did. i do believe ill get some more

On this trip i was using blue back herring. But i use shad, perch, crappie, and bream as well

Has anyone on here ever had big rocks (boulders) thrown in the water next to your lines while catfishing at night? It happened to me the other night three times in about 4-5 minutes. I packed up and got the hell out of there. I’m curious, any of you have a similar experience?

i heard several stories of sasquatchs throwing logs at people fishing. but never heard of them hurting people. my dad's got a story about one wrestling his friend back when they was teenagers
