This box is one of my favorites. I love all things beachy. The colors you put together represents a complete day at the beach. I plan to order a 3rd box of this collection. I hope you had a relaxing vacation, it was great to see you again on our little island.

Loved working with the Maifanite, which is new, but a welcome surprise. The orbicular pattern reminded me of barnacles and turritella agate. The bicones were really cool. The carnelian was simply juicy. I loved those. I'm having fun exploring this box. Looking forward to see what everybody comes up with. Happy to find the extras in the Sister store. I jumped right on it because I knew when playing in my box that I had to have more. 😁😁
Yes, that's exactly what the maifanite reminds me of- barnacles! I couldn't put my finger on it while I was making the video, but that's it.

This was my first box. I have wanted to join for a while and I'm glad I did. I really appreciated receiving the more uncommon gemstones and the brass findings. The patina is beautiful. Keep up the good work . I look forward to seeing what you come up with for next months box. ❤❤❤❤

Another lovely collection! I enjoy mixed metals, I think it adds depth and interest. It's also unexpected. It's nice that your supplier is willing to work with you when the unexpected occurs. Overseas shipments can be challenging. At least it's never boring, right? (Looking forward to your sweet daughter's next tutorial. She is precious!)
This was my first time ordering these boxes and I feel so lucky that this was my first one! I totally love everything in this box and totally love the octopus and all the matching metal components, I already know what I am going to do with my Kraken!! ❤❤. This is my favorite month ever so far. I love eclectic!!! Not fond of drab earth tones or hot colors like last months. Love Greens, blues, pinks, purples even white.

I got mine a few days ago and fell in love with the octopus. As soon as I get done crocheting a cat couch I will be making something with these jewelry pieces.

Wow! For the 1st time I used most of my box! I made some pretty stuff. Your videos must be an inspiration. I’m looking forward to seeing what 😂ever else made!
Love the theme and the box! At first, the colors were a little puzzling, but when I thought about the texture and patterns, I got it. Love the patina-ed pieces and the kraken. So far, I made a long necklace using the octopus and mostly darker beads including the bronze lava, maifanite, coral window, teal and the bicones for the ocean depths. I also made a shorter necklace to layer using same beads and the shell charm as a pendant. Today I was near the top of the ocean using the turtles, dyed quartz, white lava, green glass, and I threw a few of the coral beads in to go with my amazonite pendant, which had a lot of dark brown with some coppery veining. In fact I pulled out copper findings from my stash for it. I made earrings from the 2 patina-ed pendants and the carnelian for the first necklace set and a pair to coordinate with the lighter necklace. And I still have tons of beads left. Fun box!

Hi what a beautiful mix...i love all ur mixes you contrast everything so well with each other..i got a question are crystal beads man made? i love the orange 🍊 andthe lighter green omg..thankyou for the idea of a sun catcher ill do that!❤❤
Great question. Crystal beads are man-made, originally from leaded glass (the lead used is fused to the glass molecules and does not transfer to the skin). Nowadays, however, lead is generally no longer used in production, and the term crystal instead refers to specially-made, glass-based beads formulated for optimal sparkle with precision-cut facets.
(Crystal can also be used to describe natural clear quartz beads, but on our website, we will always refer to these as "quartz crystal" to indicate their natural origins.)

While the team and I work hard to make sure that the shapes, sizes, and types of beads included will vary from month to month, every Bargain Bead Box will contain an assortment of gemstone, crystal, glass, and metal beads, plus a selection of findings that usually includes clasps, bead caps, chain, etc. Each theme is different, but if the subscription isn't for you, let us know via email and our team will assist you with cancellation.
