Great question! During those 3 months, I've learned basics of all of the skills I'm listing in the video. It was enough to create the first projects and land this very first job. To become proficient at all of this, I needed significantly more time. Becoming a Senior Designer usually takes 6-10 years. There is such a big difference between how I design and lead workshops or strategies now and after those 3 months. The goal of this initial period is to build the base and work up from there :)
