Brother university ask for proof of funds which stage of application this is. can you tell me.application is in ECU
Its the requirements of CoE to be issued , you need funds along with GTE
Mean it's on final stage of unconditional offer letter

They have another campus in mount lawlay and accommodation varies starts from $180 to $300.It’s not hard to find a part time job as well.

The main campus is about 25km and small campus is approx 2km from perth.
Student can pay their tuition fees while working.
