Surgical caps for kids at Prisma Health Children's Hospital

Every child scheduled for surgery chooses a special homemade surgery cap to wear and keep at Prisma Health Children's Hospital-Midlands in Columbia, South Carolina.
Patients are invited to pick a new cap for each surgery - even if they undergo multiple procedures. The caps are provided thanks to incredible volunteer crafters, who ensure that the hospital always has a selection of caps in fun, kid-friendly fabric designs.
Volunteers needed - Children's Hospital is seeking more volunteers to help keep a fun selection of caps always available for kids who need them.
