Thank you so much for the ideas. I am using the drill /impact holders and the charger mod. I am adding a power port to the outside of the case to allow me charge batteries with the box closed or open. I have the cord cobra to hold an extension cord, and a level holder on this case as well. My next project is to set up three drawer chest mounted to a non milwaukee Hand Truck using the mounting plate. I am so unimpressed with the standalone Milwaukee Hand Truck, and I think I can do better. I really want to see the stair climber mod, I hope you can do this soon. Again, I really appreciate your videos!
very please you like some of my ideas and brainstorming, i just finish testing my stair climbing wheel packout and 2 more wheels mods, pneumatic tire swap and an electric trike packout, but due to covid restriction we have stopped shooting and thinking to be back shooting video around june 2021 and the stair climbing will be the third video, the first one is how to store your framing 24"x16" framing square on a packout thanks for your feed back
very good question, i do not own one so i can not try it, but maybe it could fit by sliding it down lower because there still room under the drill, if you are doing this mods can you send me an update? thanks
we have 3 wheel mods , but due to COVID we stopped shooting video, first one is the STAIR CLIMBER, the second is the HAND TRUCK AIR WHEEL (still testing) and the third< ELECTRIC 3 WHEELERS (still testing with Milwaukee battery, not doing good , so probably going back to the oem gel cell battery)
Please remove the batteries from the tools for storage. Leaving the batteries on creates a safety hazard. I've seen people reach for energized tools and get seriously injured from inadvertent line of fire accidents.
thanks for your comment, the way i design this one, you have to open the lid to charge the battery, so air is flowing in the the rolling dolly, the charger is not surrounded of foam, so no overheating. yes i do understand they could have battery defect but this is the same thing of leaving them in a drawer when you carry them from site to site
thanks for your comment, here is the PACKOUT warranty, Milwaukee's PACKOUT components are covered by a Limited Lifetime Warranty against defects in material and workmanship, excluding normal wear and tear.( a lot of customer think LIFETIME WARRANTY think is for LIFE, in this case Milwaukee excluded WEAR AND TEAR so if they see your packout as a lot of wear and tear your packout as no more warranty anyway), so as a contractor i rather make them practical, if something break and it's pretty obvious it could break because they are made of Polypropylene and Polycarbonate Plastic, either i try to fixed them or i get new one, i will be doing an other video late April 2021 about this (WARRANTY and how to fixed them and is it worth it?)
Most manufacturers warranties are useless after ~ 90 days and for that matter you usually are taking it back to the seller in that time frame. FWIW I have used a Milwaukee service center for my tools, and they are excellent. (Ohio Power Tools) In any event, whatever warranty I lose is made up for in not having a pile of tools in that box. I already have modded the case with other stuff, so what's a few more holes?
warranty on toolbox does not exist after a couple months of used they will try to find anything you did wrong to get these damage , and if you read on Milwaukee web site what is the warranty here it is : Milwaukee's PACKOUT components are covered by a Limited Lifetime Warranty against defects in material and workmanship, excluding normal wear and tear. also the price of these packout it's not even worth it to try to get warranty $29 to $300 CAN, just buy a new set when they break( the rolling packout no one respect the 250 lbs max weight , because people think it's how much weight you could put in that one only )

Love your videos. Just wish I had enough money to buy any of this stuff :(
You have amazing ideas. I can't wait to see what you're cooking with all those wheels. Frozen ground solution?
Thinking stairs as it will roll to the next one as you go up
Lol. You seriously don't know what those are?
1:30 Is there an update on the video for the modified wheels?
hi Paul Navarro , thanks for asking, yes the wheels video are coming soon probably in July we are re starting shooting tomorrow
Will the Milwaukee rear handle circular saw fit with this set up ?

What mod do you have for the wheels, any good?

What about the video on the wheels?
yes the wheel video is coming in April, i am still doing some testing
Could be useful if you only need a single drill bit and nothing else. I have a 3 drawer dedicated to just drill and impact. Totally full.
