I watched the Cambridge Job Centre incident, and just wanted to suggest to you guys to have a 2nd person in area to record any backlash that occurs. Like with Cambidge the guy was obviously totally focussed on you, so having someone else able to record from another viewpoint could be useful in future (even though 99% of time wouldn't be needed). Harassment, Alarm and Distress cannot be subjectively interpreted. If a claim of it is made it must be demonstrated that there was an intention to cause Harassment, Alarm and Distress. The most worrying issue is that these thugs et al are completely unaware that their rights, i.e. the rights you are highlighting, are also being trampled upon.

Law is freaking complicated, I tried to look up the actual law, and try to read and understand... But I can't find the actual words of the law... or if I find its impossible to understand The best I find is like articles in the newspaper, about law and some other websites like citizen information, where again they just say some stuff about XYZ law say that your data is protected, this and that.. but when I find something that looks like what I am searching for, e.g: "36. Personal data processed by an individual only for the purposes of that individual's personal, family, or household affairs (including recreational purposes) are exempt from the data protection principles and the provisions of Parts II and III. " then this happens, I try to understand it and I look at Section 36 and I don't even find the words "recreation", "family", "household"... not even the word "exempt" ... then I search the page for some similar word I think I may find the actualy line where it says what I want to know... I try to find a word "apply" , finally find something... then I look and I don't understand a word "(b) to specify that a measure or measures referred to in paragraphs (a) to (e) of subsection (1) or an additional measure or measures identified under paragraph (a), or both, is or are mandatory in respect of the processing to which they are stated to apply." wtf?
