So are you using the thinner to clean the brush or to thin down on the oils when you reload the brush?….Or are the oils straight from the tube?
Really like the different subjects you choose as it explains the techniques really well.

I use thinner to clean brushes as well.
The oil colours are straight from the tube but these are old colours. Here is a short video about preparing oil colours on the palette.

Two base colour for skin tone are yellow and red. But the result is a little bit orange. When you put blue into this mix the result is more reall. The skin tone has cold tone...it is a little bit bluish.
